I submitted an application with a $30 application fee after two others and with a fairly late move in date, so I figured my chances of getting the place was low. Patricia informed me that the application fee was really just for a background and credit check and that I would get my money back if they didn't get to my application. About two weeks later, I received written notice that I didn't get the rental along with my application fee. I appreciated the notice and that the money was returned as indicated. My only critique is that it would have been nice to receive notice earlier.

I also have several friends that have rented from them and they also have had nothing but good experiences. Pattie and her staff have always taken care of any maintenance or other needs immediately and professionally. I have also had other unique but positive experiences with Patti. I had the unfortunate experience of repeatedly having someone looking into my windows and had to move at one point. I had only been in my home for a few months when I went in to tell Patti the news. She was beyond compassionate, concerned, and supportive. In fact, she was able to find me a new home the very same day. I could not have asked for a better outcome. I very highly recommend Patti and her staff. While they always maintain a high level of professionalism they also make their clients feel like family.

I sadly couldn't be there and I think Bill's lucky for that because I am not as polite as my husband or his family when it comes to shady criminals. Pictures of the mold in the bathroom were shown to him (my husband cleaned most of the mold himself and my in-laws came over to get what we couldn't reach. Remind me why we were paying a management company when we ended up doing their jobs?) Then the fence was discussed to some length along with the air filters, carpet, and hole in the garage wall. Bill basically spent the entire time making lame excuses to the point where my grandfather finally had it with them. Bill even requested I take my reviews down because it's bad for business. HA! You know what's bad for business Bill? Being shitty at the job you're paid to do. Maybe focus a little less on your hair plugs and a little more on taking care of people's properties. All I can say is thank God we're rid of them and with a proper management company now. The service is night and day so far and I'm just so relieved. I feel bad for anyone who still has to suffer through them. Avoid this company at all costs!

They helped us quickly see and evaluate the house, guided us through making a strong and timely offer, and stayed closely engaged with every important detail throughout the entire transaction. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and we felt so well cared for at every step of what can otherwise be a stressful and complex process. What truly set Ian and Cory apart, though, was the care and genuine connection they brought to the experience. It was clear from the start that helping us buy a home was more than just a transaction or a service to them. They were truly invested in us as a family and in supporting a smooth, grounded transition into this next chapter of our lives. Even after the sale closed, their support didn't stop. As we settled into our new home and into the Sebastopol community more broadly, Ian and Cory continued to show up--connecting us with local services, trusted vendors, and people we needed as we got ourselves set up.
