He said he had been with his dentist for so long he did not feel he should make the change. I was very pleased with my first visit and every subsequent visit to Dr. Unkenholz. I find his hygienists are extremely friendly. I have recommended him to several people since I started going to him. With the Covid pandemic going on at my last check up they were very safety conscious. No patients were allowed in the waiting room. They waved patients in to check in as their hygienist were ready and took them promptly. Everyone wore masks in the office. The hygienist are attentive to your comfort and are gentle. In addition to the TVs on the wall and ceiling in the exam rooms, you will be offered glasses to protect your eyes and a wide variety of flavors to choose from for your teeth polishing. I had seen a couple negative reviews and am surprised to see them. My experiences have always been 5 star.

I was told exactly what it was, possible causes, and what I can expect in the future. This is not just a clean, polish and fill shop, they are very knowledgeable and up to date on the current literature. The dental techs are nice, friendly and very professional. The staff at the front do an excellent job with the paperwork and do not make mistakes with the billing. If I had to say anything negative, it is the wheelchair access for the building could be a bit better, having to go around to the back door to get in made my wife feel like she was second class. (It is the building owner, not the dental office, that is responsible for this.)

When I was looking for a different dentist in town, I chose to come to Dr. Swanson. He has always been up front and honest, and he listens to me about what I am willing and not willing to do. Before seeing Dr Jensen I was taken to do an xray. I now understand it is an intraoral xray! Asked if it was covered the technician said yes. Finally see Dr Jensen , he states he can't put the crown on and wants me to see another dentist for imaging who is not on my insurance ! Left disappointed and confused because not my first crown for an implant! Go to another Dentist Dr Rice and he can put crown on with no problem. They sent a bill for over $350 for an xray not covered. They could not put crown on and wanted me to go to another dentist before they could do anything! I thought my limit was 10000, it was at one point, we had the line of credit lowered so we could buy a house, but that shouldn't be the doctors receptionists buisness but here we are. I told her to look for the account with that amount because I didn't have the card and just forgot what the limit was, she got really nasty and said umm it's 5000 and again, Erica had to be right. Erica, I know you can't even get a line of credit for 20 dollars so you need to start acting right and have a seat. Erica's customer service skills are dreadful and I really highly recommend that Anderson dental records their calls because Erica's true colors show. If the actual doctor wasn't amazing;I would be going to spend the 2000 for crowns elsewhere. Dental work is exspensive. You should probably treat your PAYING customers with dignity and respect Erica. :)

I let the office manager know, and I believe they dealt with the issue recommended! Dr. Studer was recommended to my by my Dentist in Ft. Collins. Being no stranger to dentists with several crowns/fillings, I really need a Dentist that is gentle, effective, and treatment effective. I've had too many dentists that wanted to maximize procedures to maximize profit and it's nice to find docs who are there to treat you, not be treatment aggressive, and are gentle. Chain of events…read more Broke Filling-Called and made appointment to fix filling--was told filling would be fixed during appointment-- Wait 2 weeks, go to appointment--Sit through 2 1/2 hours of exams and x-rays--they confirm that filling is broke, and others are chipped--I am then told I need to make another appointment to fix filling, and that they are booked out quite a ways due to Covid. I question why, because I was told it would be fixed during this appointment when I made it--Get told "That is not how they do things" and get rushed out the door--make another appointment to actually fix filling, appointment gets scheduled over a month out--2 days later (after my insurance is charged for the first appointment) I receive notice from Jared L Taylor stating that they will no longer be providing me with care due to my "rudeness" and "unreasonable demands for care" Reached out to Jared Taylor to find out where the disconnect was here, and how we can go about fixing it.
