We were given 70/30 fault sharing! Us being at 30% fault. We had an attorney before them who left us to dry. We were so stressed out, my wife wasn't driving at all for a month so i had to bring her to work almost a month she was so terrified and afraid, the trauma that happen the accident the nightmares the what if's question that lurked inside our head ! In the most difficult time of a persons life having the right support and assistance helps alleviate the daily stressors individuals experience. Peter Nguyen provided guidance and assisted me through the entire legal process of my car accident. He made the entire process smooth and easily while pressuring for a solution to the matter. The law office associates provided great communication with the progress throughout my case and responded immediately to my questions and concerns. Peter had a clear and concise understanding of my case specifically and delegated on my behalf. I have and will continue to refer Peter to future friends and family members in similar situations! read more

Never again! The only thing that I know about our case for sure is CZR's cut. They have shuffled us since Sweet James dumped our case on them! I realize that Covid slowed things down in the legal world. That doesn't, however, explain why all of their assistants call us when they need something tomorrow because they waited too long! Aside from that, no communication! This is from a 2018 accident. I guess if we are hurting, we should keep it to ourselves! They are experts at dodging our calls! This is a very poor way to treat a senior citizen! read more

I work as a health provider, and have never experienced the level of unprofessionalism within a law firm in 30 years of working with attorneys. We've been trying to reach the attorney on this case to discuss what happened with a patient that we share, and a settlement form we received on our bill. I have called and left 6 messages in 9 days, without a single call back. The attorney just does not seem to care. All I can say is this firm screwed up big time, has left the patient with an extremely low settlement, the medical providers with about 7 figures in unpaid medical bills, and the patient is likely to now be liable for these medical expenses, as I doubt any providers will sign the settlement form. The best part ... They are still trying to take their 45% cut. This is not how you do business. This is what happens when the only focus is earning money, and in the process burning everyone involved. read more

They are the best and most experienced trial lawyers in CA. All the other advertised firms have to refer their complex cases to them to litigate in court. A firm that has won over $2 Billion dollars truly is amazing and has all the power and resources to fight for your rights and not give up on you. My cases I refer were very small however they didn't give up and always treat & value every case with respect and provide exceptional service to me no matter if it's a big case or small case. I truly love this firm and will always highly recommend and refer all my friends and family to them! read more

I was recommended this law firm from a family member. The lawyer assigned to me was Peter for my car accident where I was rammed into by a truck from the side. I wasn't at fault, but the the case took over 2 years to settle... Car took a longer to fix than necessary because Caliber Collision messed up on the paint job and some tech wasn't working properly. My car also had ceramic coating on it and I had to pay out of pocket for some reason to get that done after the repairs. I needed Chiropractic work and spine injections for my pain and injuries which still linger till this day. Initial chiropractic facility recommended was very hands off which I didn't enjoy so I had to switch to another clinic and I had limited visits or maybe it was based on date after the accident. Pain specialist/surgeon was top-notch though. In the end I lost a lot of work wage and dealt with a lot of drama from the accident. The guy that hit me, his insurance was maxxed out that didn't even cover my medical costs so my insurance had to pay the rest. In the end of what I got out of it wasn't worth the pain and drama... Peter the lawyer was easy enough to talk to and whenever there was any paperwork that needed to get signed they would reach out to me, but felt in the dark for a good portion of the 2 or so years waiting for it to settle. I trust they did their relative best with their workload of other clientele etc with their desks covered in files and such. read more

I was involved in a car accident back in January 2017. It was a traumatizing experience and I was so overwhelmed with everything, but luckily enough, CZR helped me every step of the way. They were incredibly easy to communicate with. Peter Nguyen consistently kept me in the loop with updates, and was always ready to answer my constant questions, and the second I met Daniel Benji, I knew I was in good hands. I don't know how they did it, but they tirelessly worked their magic and managed to turn settlement offers from $8,000 to $36,000 to $100,000 before reaching a final settlement of $200,000! These guys are the real deal. I definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking for a team that truly cares about your case and is willing to work hard to get you what you deserve. read more

Fuck Carpenter & Zuckerman. Sick and tired of this firm. I was referred to this firm by a local Orange Country law firm. Peter, you are a condescending person who likes to flex his power. I didn't appreciate you talking down to me, during our meetings. CZA took half of my offer and the rest for my medical costs. I'm "Scott-free." Now where's my goddamn scotch at!? read more
