My husband called a bunch of lawyers and set up meetings all over town. Everyone wanted to take my case, but we went with Brian and his team because, right from the beginning, I could tell they were professional, kind, and genuinely felt bad for what had happened to me--ruining my face and causing a traumatic brain injury due to the city's negligence. A couple of months ago, we started preparing for trial, and the level of attention to detail from Brian and his team was incredible. We were in constant communication, and I always felt comfortable asking any questions. I had a wonderful meeting with Jon and Annie that made me feel completely ready for trial. Thankfully, we didn't even have to go to court, as the city offered a settlement. I fully trusted Brian's advice to settle, and I'm so glad I did. It's rare to find people who are so hardworking, compassionate, and truly eager to fight for you. Every single person on that team is incredible--I would be ready to go to trial with any of them. Thank you Brian, Jon, Annie, Mark, Tatiana for all your work during these 3 years!

From day one, Brian Breiter and Jeff Twomey saw me as more than a case. They understood how the city's failure to maintain its trees had upended my life, and they treated me with both compassion and determination. Their investigation was meticulous. They brought in arborists, analyzing weather data, and uncovering damning maintenance records. Despite the city offering nothing in mediation and insisting they'd win at trial, Brian and Jeff never backed down. They kept me informed every step of the way and made sure the full impact of my injuries--including cognitive challenges affecting my work and family--was accounted for. The unanimous jury verdict far exceeded my expectations and will help secure my future recovery as well as my family's future. Just as importantly, I believe their work will drive change in how the city maintains its parks. If you've suffered an injury that never should have happened, you want Breiter Law in your corner. They know how to take on giants and win.

After struggling for awhile trying to arrange physical therapy sessions with my own medical provider, I made an appointment with Gajewski & Baughan. I met with Ed and Karen. They listened carefully to my situation and thought they could help. They immediately arranged for me to begin receiving physical therapy through a local Culver City firm. And, they arranged for me to meet with an orthopedic doctor for MRIs and ultimately epidural injections in my neck and left shoulder. Karen handled everything (including acting as an intermediary with Medicare) and kept me apprised throughout the process. Once I completed my various treatments, she quickly pursued settlements with the other person's insurance company (who was rather under- insured) and then obtaining an additional settlement from my own auto insurance company. I highly recommend Gajewski & Baughan. They are a law firm you can trust and who will work for you!

This was my first lawsuit ever, and I had no idea what to expect--emotionally or legally. From the very beginning, Karen Santos, my case manager, was there to guide me through the immediate aftermath with care and reassurance. Her support during such an overwhelming time meant more to me than I can express. As my case moved into negotiations, I met Jill Castinetti, and she truly changed everything. Jill took the time to listen, showed genuine empathy, and made me feel heard during an extremely vulnerable time--while still maintaining an incredibly high level of professionalism. One of the most powerful things she told me was that "the picture doesn't equal the medical damage done." That validation mattered deeply, especially since the vehicle damage may not have looked severe, the medical impact was very real. While negotiating with the insurance, she was meticulous, strategic, and confident in her negotiations. Her communication skills and attention to detail are exceptional. Because of Jill's work, she secured over $25,000 for my case. Before my case closed, she also helped me secure three advances, which made a significant difference in my ability to stay financially stable during recovery. If it weren't for Jill, I honestly would have changed firms. Jill is truly an asset to The Accident Guys, and I am deeply grateful for how she handled my case during such a difficult time in my life.

As the bills kept rolling in, I felt deeply supported - not only in managing this mentally, but even at an emotional level (I was totally alone and unable to fly as I needed two surgeries and additional therapies, ongoing). Thanks to Sally Morin's team (heartfelt shout-out to attorney Annie Heller, especially!) I was able to get through this. GRATEFUL. You'll be so glad you contacted Sally Morin's team.

My mother suffered a broken leg, along with other superficial injuries. After nearly 1.5 years of physical therapy, my mother is now able to walk reasonably normally, although much of the damage is permanent. We engaged Sally Morin's lawyers to handle the claim. The attorneys and staff have extensive experience handling pedestrian-vehicle injury claims. The entire staff, including attorneys and paralegals, are all very competent and professional. All my mother was tasked to do was to keep the attorneys apprised of her recovery (e.g., appointments, outcomes, tests, test results, etc.), keep track of payments for items purchased to promote her recovery and/or to allow her to live in a house with limited mobility (e.g., wheelchair rental, crutches, bathroom modifications, exercise bicycle, braces), and to provide relevant documents (e.g., receipts, insurance documents). When the dust finally settleed, we were able to obtain the maximum settlement amount, based on the policy limits of the driver. As an attorney myself, I wanted to make sure that my elderly mother was represented by attorneys who are experts in their fields, and who are thorough and detail-oriented. I found this in Sally Morin's attorneys. In particular, Annie Levitt Heller was excellent. She answered all of our questions and helped guide us through this unfamiliar process, to secure an excellent outcome for my family. In case of any personal injury, I would wholeheartedly, and without reservation, recommend the attorneys at Sally Morin Law.
