Amazing! I walked in to make an appointment, the woman at the reception didn't speak English but…read moreshe was patient with me and with some pointing I made an appointment for the same day. When I came back, Jessica was at reception and did speak English which was helpful for me since I'm only visiting and my German is non existent. She was very kind and made me a nice coffee while I waited, as I was early. When it was time for my service I was so surprised the level of care and detail. She even took out a ruler at one point and measured! She explained what she was doing the whole time and waxed and plucked to Perfection without taking too much off. This was on par with a very expensive service such as Anastasia brow bar, but only 15 euro instead of 40 at a place like that. It seems expansive but it was well worth it for the level of professionalism. She even told me I could come back if I didn't like it. But I love it

Are you trans, non-binary or queer and looking for a nice place to get waxed? Look no further!…read more I just had THE BEST experience at this place! This woman had no judgement about what I wanted (vulva and asshole only, leave the muff alone) and no weird attitude about my body. Such a nice, accepting person and 100% professional. And she gave me the hugest unintentional compliment! We were talking about the health insurance in the USA vs. Germany and Brazil (where she is from) and she asked me if I had had my operation (top surgery) in the USA or here, in Germany. What? I have tits! All I could say was "Danke schön!" If you are trans and looking for waxing, go here. Support this business. (I don't know how if she does testicles or the area surrounding the penis, but you can definitely get your asshole waxed here without comment or judgement. And yes, it hurts a lot, but then it is over and lasts for quite a while. Also, the woman working here does speaks German and Portuguese language. No English.

After both waxes the texture of my skin in my intimate area and the way the hair grew back I have never experienced before. Normally, even as the hair grows back the skin is super soft and hairs grow back thin and silky, but after my visits here both times the hair was very course and my area was bumpy. I have been getting Brazilian waxes for 4 years now and again have never experienced the aftermath as I have from Amazon Waxing. I think the wax is extremely too hard an they all need to improve even with the customer service. I won't be back.

What was great:…read more Very very very nice people. Definitely gay friendly if that is important to you. Lots of male clientele... and Felix is super cute. They were extremely accommodating and were able to book me last minute. They serve coffee, tea, water, etc. They listened well and executed as best they could (more on that in the second half) They gave a great head massage with my shampoo and used really nice warm water. They give you a nice hot towel to wipe your face with afterwards. The price was awesome. 29 for a mens haircut when all the other salons around are charging 45 They gave a good cut in a short amount of time and I was in and out in about an hour. What was not so great: (let me emphasize that it is really hard to be so critical of such nice people, but hopefully they can learn from this and become the best salon in berlin) The shampoo they used had a lot of lather... which definitely stripped my already dry hair of any good oils it had. This would have been tolerable if they had used a conditioner afterwards... but that was not the case. I have very very thick hair... so if you don't have very thick hair this place is probably amazing. However if your hair is anything other than the straight and thin variety I would look to go elsewhere... Like most salons, the hairdressers are very very cautious and do not want to thin out my hair as much as they should. I left with what was a very great cut on the sides and back but what amounted to just an average cut on top. All of that said, I do think I am going back - if only just for the people. In what can be an otherwise cold city by american standards, the people are very warm and friendly. This salon doesn't have my endorsement just yet, but I believe in second chances. I will just take some thinning shears to my own head before I head back...
