Came here on a Wednesday night with friends. We didn't have reservations but were seated quickly…read more They have indoor and outdoor seating. Although it was cold outside we opted for outdoor seating since the overhead heaters kept us nice and toasty. The menu had so many options so I asked our server for suggestions. I ordered Caprese as an appetizer to share...which was perfect. For my entree I ordered the Spaghetti Frutti di Mare which was just spaghetti with seafood and tomato sauce. It was delicious...perfectly cooked and flavored with a good portion of seafood! The portion size was pretty big so I had leftovers for lunch the next day. For dessert I had the Mixed dessert which consisted of tiramisu, mousse au chocolat, and panna cotta...it was sooo yummy!! Our awesome server Manuel was friendly, professional, and attentive! I will definitely come back again!!

They have a great selection of beers and wines. I found them to be quite affordable for the quality of their food. I ordered a pizza with mushrooms and ham, very tasty but seemed like it needed more time in the oven. My husband ordered a pasta with lamb and he was not very happy, it seemed it was lacking some flavor. My friends ordered the turkey roll and some kind of meat which they were happy with. I don't think I'll be back but it was a nice experience.

So far, this is the best Italian I have found in Wiesbaden. Although situated at an akward location…read more(corner of Bahnhofstrasse and Rheinstrasse) in the Best Western Hansa Hotel), it has definitely more style than the hotel it is in (but does not belong to!) The interior is modern but not overly cool. I had monkfish in a freshly made provencale sauce and mashed purple potatoes that both looked nice and smelled delicious. My companion had a salad that was also excellent according to her. The service is not too friendly, but maybe the waiter had a bad day? The place is not cheap but reasonable.

My wife and I happened to be staying at nearby Wiesbaden Army Barracks for a night. Not wanting to let her down, we took to the streets of the local town to find sustenance. After trying to find any open and non-shady looking sushi restaurant she happened to see the sign for Rossini at the end of a hotel. Curious and hungry (we had just flown in from Miami) we stepped into the quaint little restaurant hoping for the best (did I mention neither of us speak German). As our server approached and greeted us for the evening. I asked if he spoke English or Spanish as my wife is fluent in both and I'm at a fairly rudimentary, but working, level. He said he spoke Italian so we began our adventure. I told him that it was my wife's first night ever in Europe so he took it upon himself to make our night memorable. First our waiter brought us two glasses of prosecco and two focaccia cheese pieces. My wife then ordered a glass and it was huge. After talking to us about what we like and don't like, he custom created some meals for both of us. She had a chicken salad and I had a steak and arugula pizza. Both of our plates were great and did not leave us wanting. After completing our meals my wife mentioned how she loves Italian gelato. Not wanting to disappoint, our server had one of their desserts with a Napoleon like, chocolate and a pistachio gelatto rushed out. Ooh my God was it good! Obviously, to say the food and service was great does not do it justice. We had such a good time that I felt the only way to repay the favor was to write a review here. I also wanted to add that by the end of the night their staff was pretty fluent in English. I think was the typical of you try for me we'll try for you so don't let that limit you.
