While the arrangement was beautiful and my wife liked the flowers, I specifically chose this florist because they had delivery available for May 11 (Mother's Day). they delivered one day early. If they didn't have the option to deliver for Mother's Day they should have advised customers prior to ordering. A little deceptive from my perspective. I should have checked Yelp first. Respectfully.

Am I wrong to be disappointed? Arrangement as delivered Arrangement on website Allegedly the "deluxe" Seems skimpy and poorly arranged

A plastic flower in a birthday arrangement

A plastic flower? Really?? Why not just use another real flower if you don't have what the ordered arrangement showed online. I'm not at all pleased with the plastic flower substitution in an arrangement for my wife's birthday.

Gorgeous flowers were delivered. Love them!!! The flowers were so vibrant and smelled amazing.

Four hearts wrapped in a blanket of frienship and embracing the memory of a recently departed loved one.

I was in need of a florist to craft a specific design idea I had for an anniversary arrangement. While driving home from work, I asked Siri to find a florist close to me. I ended up at the Carousel Florist warehouse/production shop rather than the Carousel Florist store front. Oops... blame that mistake on Siri and the fact I'm new to the area. But what a fortuitous mistake it turned out to be!! I ended up speaking with a gentleman named Mike and he listened to me explain what I wanted, and the story behind the request. I left there feeling like Mike knew exactly what I was in search of and that the arrangement was going to be pretty good. Pretty good was an understatement!! When it arrived the next day at our home, my wife was throroughly surprised and instantly flooded with emotions, as she fully understood the arrangment. NO WORDS NEEDED!! I like to think I did a fairly good job explaining the idea, but it was Carousel Florist's execution of the order that absolutely nailed it. This was my first opportunity for needing floral services sincd I moved to the area and I'm happy to say I've found a vendor that I will trust with my next order. Thank you so very, very much for the effort you put into it. The arrangment really meant a lot to us. - David

Do yourself a favor and just don't.. the flowers I ordered for my mom were so disappointing. They looked nothing like picture online and there was a giant HOLE in the bouquet - see the pictures. I've paid LESS for more filled out bouquets from major online florists than this $60 bouquet from carousel. Atrocious and disappointing. I wanted to support a local business during COVID but this was way short of my expectations.

Disappointed with arrangement sent for Mother's Day. It looks like a "spring bouquet " you could get at Publix for $9.99. Not including the vase. If you order, be specific on the flowers, don't leave it up to the order taker.

    What I ordered

Placed an order for flowers here as an out of state customer for a relative. The flowers don't even some what resemble what was pictured in my order. For $60 I could have gone to target and found a better arrangement for a fraction of the price. This is ridiculous. If I was in Florida, I would have !

Carousel never disappoints and they are my go-to florist when I send flowers to my mom. I have ordered from them for years and they always over-deliver. I once ordered 65 roses for my mom's 65th birthday and they arranged them beautifully in a giant basket. This is her 87th birthday and the flower arrangement was even prettier in person than on the website.

I ordered flowers for my mother through 1-800-Flowers and my order was filled by Carousel Florist. The flowers are gorgeous and they did such a wonderful job. I plan on ordering directly through this florist for future orders since they did such a wonderful job!!

My valentines bouquet, not even 24 hrs old. I was shocked and heartbroken.

I was disappointed at first. I will be the first to tell you not to ever send me flowers. I'd rather have you save the money. My husband knows that I love peonies. They don't grow in Florida and are incredibly hard to get and expensive to send. I guess he wanted to spoil me this year as I was delivered a beautiful bouquet. He was disappointed it wasn't as pictured when he ordered but I assured him this was much better and more to my linking. It was so darn cold when it arrived that it immediately left water marks all over. It didn't have that signature peony fragrance either. No big deal, they were my fave. I woke up the next morning, not nearly 24 hours after they arrived and was shocked and so disappointed that four of the peonies literally shriveled right up. I checked water, stem placement and nothing I could have done would have saved them. I let my husband know that I was disappointed he spent so much on them and I wish he just sent a big plant my way instead. Well, reached out to the florist and let them know. I was expecting a paper towel with a couple replacement peonies. Oh gosh no. They SURPASSED my expectations with an arrangement. This one arrived at the perfect temperature and the smell. ...Ohhhh the peonies smell amazing. My girls, all three, came down to see who was at the door and immediately said how great the smell was. I am very pleased and highly recommend going back to use them!! Peonies though I know do not have a long vase life but with how much more stable these feel, (not droopy and limp at all) I suspect they'll last over the 24 hr mark. This company stands by their work and I'm so grateful! I now feel so much better about my husband sending flowers. My favorite kind nonetheless.

They took such care in the plan and actual arrangement for this order I can only imagine how they treat all orders.

Hugo helped me get a Peace plant to my Aunt for Valentine's Day…read more I'm in California and after reading the glowing reviews on Yelp, I made me purchase from Brevard Florist. They'll deliver on Monday, the day before Valentine's! PERFECT!! Thanks Hugo!

I was excited to order from here for the first time, but the $14 delivery fee (before tip) for a…read moreone-mile trip was an immediate dealbreaker. Charging that much for what is literally a 3-minute drive and blaming gas prices feels unreasonable and disingenuous. If the delivery pricing is this excessive, it makes me question the overall value and pricing of the bouquets as well. Unfortunately, I'll be establishing a relationship with a more reasonable florist. UPDATE in response to owner's reply: Thank you for the response. It actually confirmed every concern I had. A potential customer sharing honest feedback about pricing is not a personal attack. It's market feedback. The fact that you opened with sarcasm ('Very nice of you!') rather than genuine engagement says more about your customer service than a one-star review ever could. A few points worth addressing: - You explained that the flat rate is 'justifiable' due to gas and insurance. I live one mile away. A 3-minute round trip for $14 works out to roughly $280/hour in delivery overhead. If gas prices have risen enough to justify that, we are apparently in an end of the world crisis that I was not aware of. Last I checked gas was $3.75/gallon. I understand costs exist; I questioned whether this structure is reasonable. Those are different things. The current zip code model disproportionately favors customers further away from you, and brings unreasonable costs to your closest neighbors. - You suggested I simply pick up in-store. I wanted a delivery service. A business that responds to delivery pricing concerns with 'just come get it yourself' has missed the point entirely. - You mentioned this affects livelihoods which is precisely why customer feedback about pricing exists. If a potential customer can't get through the checkout process, that is livelihood-relevant information. A business open to that feedback might have earned a customer. This response ensured you won't. - You closed with 'We'll be praying for you.' To a stranger who flagged a pricing concern. I'll let that speak for itself. - I wish your staff well, but a business that responds to unconverted customers with condescension and prayer has bigger challenges than my review. I hope future customers find this thread useful before deciding where to spend their money. My review began only with concerns on unreasonable delivery fees, but my concerns obviously have grown to general customer service and judgement from the owner.

When I contacted them about the delivery, the communication was extremely unprofessional. Follow-up response: they were "too busy" to do what they agreed to. After I mentioned leaving a review, Richard deflected responsibility and shifted the blame to the designer, Uri, instead of addressing the issue. Honesty and professionalism upfront would have been appreciated more than a surprise bouquet I didn't order. Screenshot of the conversation for proof ***UPDATE: called today in the morning (Wednesday 2/12) to speak with the Owner, in regards to the compensation the owner offered ($200 bouquet) beneath the review I made. RICHARD answered the phone and then proceeded to identify himself as the owner. He, yet again, remains unprofessional. He accused me of JUST wanting a free bouquet, he laughed, and lost his composure...stating that, if I wanted the free bouquet that I needed to take the post down and proceeded to hang up on me. I calmly returned the call. When he answered I simply stated that I would be updating my review to reflect the outcome and I hung up. He must have been fuming, because he called me AGAIN about 30 minutes later. He started the call straight into a rant. No introduction, not even verifying if he was speaking to the correct person. Needless to say, I left him talking to himself because he was condescending, and dismissive. Pictures: text conversation, what i ordered vs what was delivered, & other similar reviews.
