I had a meaningful reunion with my mother and I called Beasley's Flowers to provide me with a bouquet appropriate to the occasion that would express filial love. I asked the florist and store owner, Brenda Beasley, to take a free rein with the arrangement. She offered me several options within my budget before settling on the final, beautiful bouquet. Fortunately, when I picked up the bouquet, I asked her why the bouquet was special. I'm so glad I did because she had a very good answer! Brenda explained that she had chosen a mix of pink and white mondial roses. She explained that these roses were garden roses with a high petal count. She encouraged me to feel how solid the buds were. The dozen roses were offset by gorgeous purple and blue petaled cotton candy hydrangeas. I received my flowers a few days before my wedding and they were atrocious, they were ugly also already dying. I'd previously called and order a $50 bouquet. It was arranged that I would get a small and less fussy bouquet for that type of money. I asked previously if this bouquet would last 2-3 days because I had multiple photography sessions on multiple days. I was assured that there would be no problem, the bouquet would last. Not only was it dying on day one, when I picked it up, it didnt last 1 day and I kept it in water per directions. I can't begin to tell you how depressed I was with my experience with Beasley's. I ended up buying a bouquet from Publix and putting it together myself and it was much prettier than the one from Beasley's. About the only thing I can say positive about my experience with Beasley's is that the associates there were very nice to me. Other than that it was a horrendous experience and I hope that by taking the time to post this review, I spare another bride the terrible experience I had with Beasley's floral. I'm still proudly displaying the bouquet that I bought from Publix the same day as I took home my Beasley's bouquet. It is still very much alive, the Beasley's bouquet has been in the trash for almost a week already. read more

Loved coming into Beasley's Floral today for the first time! I popped in earlier this afternoon, needing a special arrangement of 30 roses for my parents' Thirtieth Wedding Anniversary the next day, and the woman helping me went above and beyond to assist me with my order. Their display case had absolutely gorgeous long stemmed roses, with the medium pinks looking so vibrant and healthy that I decided to ask for a mixture of reds and pinks. She was happy to accommodate my request (and made sure it worked within my budget). They definitely earned a loyal, lifelong customer today! I can't recommend them enough. My husband ordered flowers from Beasleys Florist a week or so before Mother's Day while he was away, working. I was surprised to get flowers on Monday afternoon-the day after Mother's Day. I had to ask my hubby why he was sending flowers on a Monday..He said they were supposed to arrive on MOTHERS DAY.(yesterday) Then the delivery ladies couldn't find our house and had to call my hubby -while he was at work- for 20 + minutes trying to talk them into where we live. While the flowers were just okay, the arrangement was a bit banged up, flowers were bent down and did not come with a packet of food to make them last longer!?! Why do your delivery drivers not use a GPS? If he had the time, it would have been easier to pick up the flowers himself to save all the trouble. But he doesn't have the time! I will not let him order from beasleys again. Flowers were late and it was too difficult to get them. read more

Did a great job with both all the flowers and wedding set up, but also with all of the coordiation. Teresa, who is one of the managers went above and beyod with coordinating both the wedding and reception. Our DJ was late, but Teresa got everything handled and everything turned out perfect. I received flowers today from my husband for Valentines Day . They were delivered to my office at 3:45PM. The gentleman set them on the counter announced who they were for and left, not even a thank you or Happy Valentine's Day. I am sure it has been a long day for him. I have attached some pictures of the bouquet my loving husband sent. I'm sure they were on the lower end of the price scale but none the less sent with love. It appears as if they bunched a selected few flowers and put them in a vase. In my opinion it doesn't even look like they took the time to cut or even make an attempt to arrange, not even a bow. There was a bonus flower broke off and hanging from the vase. I was embarrassed to have them on my desk. I must admit I am disappointed but it gave me an opportunity to try my hand at cutting and arranging the flowers my self. On top of all that, they accidentally charged my card twice. . My sister has just moved from mid-Florida to Cocoa Beach to be closer to one of her daughters, who also lives there. It was hard work for both of them and my niece's husband, but my sister seems to be settling in well. I seriously cannot even come up with the words to explain what an INCREDIBLE job Beasly Floral in Cocoa Beach did with the flowers for our wedding. We are huge flowers fans and the flowers were probably our number one priority for our wedding. We dreamt about these flowers. We literally could not wait to see them! That being said, We did not have an unlimited budget to spend on our dream flowers....and Brenda Beasly delivered the flowers of our dream for a very reasonable cost! During our consultation, We explained to her that we wanted ALL the flowers for our wedding, but probably couldn't afford it...and she immediately told us not to worry and to tell her all of the things we wanted and she would make it work. She definitely delivered on that promise! The flowers for our wedding were UNREAL. They made our wedding. We had so many people come up to us and tell us they were in awe of the flowers!!! From my Brides beautiful cascading bouquet, that literally brought tears to her eyes, to the gorgeous flower arch, to the centerpieces...everything was incredible. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! My boyfriend ordered me a bouquet of flowers for our anniversary that was supposed to be in a smiley face mug with a box of chocolates. By 6pm that day nothing had arrived. He called and it was already marked as delivered even though nothing had been. The flowers finally showed up just before 7pm! However, the bouquet was just in a plain mug, not the smiley face one he ordered, and there were NO chocolates (it was a surprise so I didn't know what to expect or ask for). When he called the next day, the staff simply said "No, that was all delivered yesterday" and basically ignored the fact that the chocolates were not delivered. Incredibly disappointing. The order was late, wrong, and incomplete. The staff does not care about customer service or doing the right thing. We are definitely not ever using this company again. read more

Received flowers from their Cincinnati store. The first arrangement was a one sided triangle. Large green mums were the most notable flower. It resembled a mini funeral arrangement. I called the store owner in Florida because I wanted to inform her of the quality of the arrangements being sent out of her store. She assured me she would take care of the order making sure the corrected order was sent as a replacement the next day. Idid receive an arrangement the next day. The same large green mums were the focal point of as all roundly mounds arrangement. I'm very disappointed and saddened to think a flower shop would turn out this quality of work. read more

Flowers were gorgeous. But I also hired her as my wedding coordinator. She was not helpful in the least, and when she tried to be, she just wanted to hire her unprofessional friends. When it comes to planning, she's very unorganized. Her usual excuse to me was, "I just have so many weddings going on." She claimed to have been in the wedding business for over 15 years....it doesn't show. AND she didn't even have a wedding coordinator license. I understand this is not a requirement, but it should be. It was miserable dealing with her. Oh, and she NEVER responded to my emails until it came down to paying her, then she used my wedding pictures against me. I have the emails to prove it. As a bride planning her own wedding, I should not have been stressed out with half the stuff she had me stressing over. I unfortunately used her photographer and requested that it'd have a modern take on the pictures. There were extremely traditional with just standing poses. On top of all that, the wedding was 3 and a half months ago and I STILL have not recieved the 'professional' pictures. Use her flowers, not her services. read more

When the owner called back she was yelling at me, telling me how she has contracts with big corporations and hospitals etc.... Stay away!!! Beasley's came highly recommended by a local hotel I was staying at--the arrangement was to be a surprise for someone who was being honored by NASA, so we needed something fitting the occasion and the recipient. The owner was very helpful in suggesting an arrangement and it sounded wonderful (a modern tropical). She charged a good bit for it (almost $100)--but when the product came in, it was so lame that I was ashamed to be the sender. There were 4-5 lonely-looking stems and not in the best condition. When I complained, she said that 'modern arrangements' looked like that--seriously??! Check out any online site for flowers and they'll show much better options at a comparable (or more favorable) cost! As a remedy, she offered to switch out the arrangement--how weird would that have been to barge into the recipient's hotel room and suddenly change-up the arrangement (and how would she determine when he was there?? or did she plan on getting in there without their knowledge and permission??) Bottom line--get her to send you a visual before you pay--she will gyp you otherwise. Or just avoid her..... BTW--I usually don't write reviews, but she did a really terrible job--terrible enough to warrant my taking the trouble to write this! read more

Mom recently received lots of flowers for her 95th that were handled by different area florists. This really allowed for a side by side comparison. Far and above, Beasleys shined. Not just for the quality level of their product but even more so for their style and execution. Theirs was simply the most beautiful arrangement that Mom received. One of the most popular florist in town delivered and arrangement ordered by one of her nieces and they sure got their money's worth but it really was atrocious. Birds of Paradise mixed with carnations and sunflowers and those dreadful artificially dyed neon orchids. SRSLY...it just looked atrocious. I will never knock on any other florists door, in the future, other than Beasleys. Cocoa Beach's best and quite possibly the best that I've ever seen. And I'm pretty old. read more

I ordered flowers online at 1-800-FLOWERS.com and this is the flower shop that was chosen by them due to them being local. This was the most frustrating experience ever. I ordered them Tuesday morning and paid for same day delivery. By 5pm they were not delivered. I called and was told that they tried to call and due to this being a business on a military facility they could not get on base. Not once did they call me to discuss this matter. They said they would deliver them on Wednesday. (now you can get on base???) Well Tuesday night I received an email that they were delivered. (no they were not) I called them Wednesday morning and was told yes they were NOT delivered and would be today. Around 3:30pm they called the recipient and asked if she could meet them outside the gate to pick them because it would be easier. UMMM no!!! I ordered flowers to be delivered not picked up. The driver then said that he would deliver them to her. When the driver delivered them he said the recipient's name, sat them on the counter and walked away. No hello, bye, have a nice day... NOTHING. I don't like to boycott local business' but this driver was so unprofessional and rude. I will not be ordering from this shop again. read more

I ordered a florist designed bouquet through From You Flowers to be delivered by noon. I paid for the upgraded bouquet, vase, and delivery. Total (with free delivery as a special) was 54.98. Here's what I received.... a birthday/anniversary under 30 bouquet delivered at nearly 5 PM!! I got a tiny wilted ugly bouquet. It had floaties in the water. I could have done much better to go to Publix and buy a 15.99 bunch and jam them into a vase myself. It was substandard from every angle. What florist would just drop a vase of flowers outside on the porch with a heat index of 101 degrees! DO NOT USE! read more
