My fiance has been emailing the owner to no avail and he was finally able to reach her by phone on the week of my wedding. She made my fiance call the town to try to obtain a permit and did not even attempt to call. I was planning to pay a decent amount for a wedding and she asked if the venue workers can scoop ice cream to my wedding coordinator. The business owner then told my fiance that the wedding coordinator told her to have my fiance call the town for a permit, which this is a blatant lie because my wedding coordinator called me with concerns as a vendor typically will deal with parking. They asked if me and my fiance can help during our wedding to guide them in or assist with parking and if they couldn't find parking it would eat into our paid time. We have other vendors where this is not a problem. The location was discussed when it was agreed upon. If I could give zero stars I would because my wedding is this week. She also charges my credit card without authorization as she did not finalize parking and did not email if she was coming to the event due to her complaining about the parking, mind you this is two days before the wedding Baked bear is amazing and I had more professionalism and organization in one phone call compared to this horrible experience.

She was well aware of the location and all the other vendors had no problem getting a parking permit from the town. This is extremely upsetting as it is two days before the wedding. You're supposed to be able to depend on your vendors and not worry about what their supposed to be doing two days before the wedding. My parents always selected the famous Creamsicle orange and vanilla swirl, while I transitioned to ordering the Strawberry and Banana swirl once that became an option. I was thrilled to see their counter on the Jenkinson's Boardwalk recently and was even more excited to see that they now offered almond milk-based flavors. I had initially been so disappointed when I had assumed that I would need to skip Kohr's because I no longer eat much dairy, so the discovery of the vegan flavors brought me sheer joy. In terms of these non-dairy varieties, I had the choice of vanilla swirled with orange or with chocolate. I went with the renowned orange, but wound up finding it very sweet. I think I would choose the chocolate next time, but it was nice to reminisce with a cup of the creamy treat.
