Pathetic! I calol earlier this morning and asked CiCi how…read moremuch would be to put layers on my hair, her answer: $25 to $30, and I made an appointment for 11 am. I got there and I asked a red hair lady who was sitting looking at her phone where was CiCi, she told me eating. When CiCi came out she just asked this red hair lady to do my hair. I explained to her that I wanted long layers. She started cutting and at some point I told her don't cut anyon. She started drying my hair and more than 3 times I had to tell her she was pulling my hair, and my hair is fine and thin. She kept telling me that she would be more carefu When she finally finished she had pulled lots of hair in her brushes and I couldn't take it anymore. I gave her my credit card and she charged $50 for pulling and ruining my hair. Sadly CiCi was listening to my complaint and said nothing nor she correct the charge since she had told me a lower price. Katia is the name of the useless person CiCi has working there, and CiCi herself doesn't have any idea how to treat the customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE!
