From the minute I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and friendly. Greeted by the owner and his staff, and was immediately impressed. Puppy was done in a little over 2 hours and while she was ready to leave, she was happy and not traumatized as she has been at previous groomers. She normally shakes like a leaf when I drop off/pickup, but there was none of that this time. Wonderful clean place. Owner and staff showed excellent customer service. I will be back with my pup. Since switching to Camp Bow Wow as soon as I pull in the parking lot they can't wait to go inside. Our groomer showed me where they wait for each other (they share the same groomer) unlike the crate with the towel inside at the old groomer they wait in what looks like a mini hotel room. Air conditioned, sound proof room (not crate )with a glass door to see out, flat screen TV and a cot. One day they provided pupacino treats after their groom. It truly is a special place and the prices are the same as my previous groomer. Highly recommend!!!

I was apprehensive about how "Buddy" was going to respond, so I asked if I could accompany him during trimming so as to comfort him. The 2 ladies happily obliged, and I really appreciated it.
