When we wanted to sell our home in Fullerton, we interviewed three different agents and team Liz was hands and shoulders better than the other two. They identified areas that needed to be improved in the house and got us quotes for painting, power washing, carpet/tile cleaning and repair, and carpet replacement. They made everything very easy for us in what is naturally a stressful process. When we moved out of the property, they kept and eye on it and ensured that everything that needed looking after was taken care of. After the house was on the market, they followed up with the agents of prospective buyers, managed the offers and asked all our questions about disclosures. Their team is a joy to work with and we were very pleased with the outcomes.

Good on you for checking reviews...here are the facts regarding my experience with Katnik Brothers…read moreReal Estate. My closest friends used Katnik Brothers for the sale of their Tustin properties and had all good things to say about their services. In 2025, I relocated out of state and now needed someone to manage the entire process of preparing my home for sale, which included interior and exterior painting, tile and grout repairs, house cleaning, window cleaning, furniture staging, and movers to pack my belonging and deliver as directed. In March 2026, I called Karl Katnik on his cell #, he met me at the house, and I shared that I don't have any time to deal with the transaction during my move out of state and need someone to completely manage the process. Karl assured me that they do this all the time, they have the contractors and staff to take this off my plate. Karl asked what I was thinking for a selling price, and then he shared his thoughts on what investment was needed on my part to support that selling price. I went with his recommendations, we agreed upon the timeline, and then I signed the DocuSign agreement to proceed. I was introduced to his associate Hannah Goldman who was my point person for the rest of the transaction and provided timeline updates and managed the service providers who were assigned to my project. Hannah kept me well informed and the Katnik operations team provided all the electronic documentation for the transaction that I could complete while out of the area. The home was prepared for sale, listed, and sold within the agreed timeframe and terms that we wanted. The entire process was seamless for both buyers and sellers. I will certainly recommend Hannah and Karl to anyone looking to sell their home, and they will be my first phone call if I decide to buy another home in Orange County. Always a relief to enlist a partner who delivers on their promises, so big thank you to Hannah, Karl, and the rest of the Katnik Brothers team.

While my parents introduced me to a family friend who was a real estate agent, I had no idea how to go about finding a loan officer! After digging through Yelp/Google, I stumbled upon Meridox Mortgage that had stellar reviews and took a chance. I called Meridox and was put in touch with Trung Tran. I let him know that I didn't have any knowledge of how the house-buying process works, but he was incredibly supportive and assured me he would walk me through every step. Shortly after we finished talking on the phone, he sent me a list of items to provide for the pre-approval letter. Trung's turnaround was quick. I sent him my information in the evening and got the letter the next morning. My real estate agent used this letter to draft the offer...it was accepted! After my offer was accepted, the rest of the process was somewhat nebulous, but my real estate agent worked closely with Trung to help me through. Trung was with me every step of the way. He patiently explained how my monthly mortgage payment and closing costs were calculated and even helped me negotiate a home insurance offer. He even kept a close eye on the market and advised me when I should lock in the rate. I thought home buying would be more stressful, but it wasn't as bad as I thought because Trung made every step clear and was very on top of deadlines. From pre-approval to loan closing, it took just one month! Thank you Trung for being so diligent and patient in helping me secure my dream home! Trung was also very proactive in reaching out to me a few months later when interest rates dropped by about 1%. I had the honor of working with Trung again for my refinance, and it was also efficient and painless! I recommended Trung to my coworker recently when she was looking to buy a condo. Highly recommended to anyone who is in a market for a house to look into Meridox!! Thanks again for your hard work, Trung!!!

She understood that I was busy and scheduled multiple showings for me on weekends. She mapped out our route, so we can be efficient with time. She never asked me to consider any property that was outside my price range or not what I was looking for. I was able to knock out many home viewings with her, and we put in a couple of offers. I saw a house that fell out of escrow. I messaged her, and she was immediately on it. She showed me the house, called the seller's agent, and basically convinced the seller to take my offer that was a tad below listing that either that same day or the next. (OC is a hot market, so this was an incredible deal! My other offers all sold above listing.) She was incredibly responsive, super sharp, and very easy to work with. I used Meridox as my mortgage broker as well and used them again to refinance a year later. Very seamless and easy transaction. Forget all the agents who claim to "treat you like family." A few weeks ago my wife and I achieved our dream of owning a home. I am writing this review today…read morebecause I know that wouldn't be the case, and we'd still be looking and lost, if it weren't for Yara. Given that we are first time home buyers we knew almost nothing about the process, but Yara gave the extra effort to make sure we were fully informed and empowered. Even though I know we weren't her only clients, she definitely made us feel like she was 100% focused on our needs. And I'm sure this wasn't easy... I am a 501c3 executive and my wife is an attorney. We argue and evaluate argument for a living. This means we have a million questions, read all documents closely, and are naturally skeptical of people (especially people trying to sell things). There was never a question too dumb, and she was always available and quick to respond to any question or concern. Yara helped us to quickly find a house, and to vet the property and the people selling it. Whenever an issue arose (and many issues did arise) Yara always knew what to do, and actively held people responsible when needed. In short, from beginning to end, Yara walked us through the entire process and made us feel comfortable the whole time. This is SO IMPORTANT when you are spending this much money on an investment and a home. Yara was a fierce advocate for us and put unrivaled effort and energy in on our behalf. She worked extra hours so we could move on this house quickly, and was never unavailable to take a call or email. In a world filled with lukewarm people who have no follow through Yara's service really stood out. If you are buying or selling in LA, OC, or IE I highly suggest you call her. You will not regret it.

Most importantly, though, Yara very much cares about her clients and it really shows in the work she does. Not just as an agent representing homebuyers but also as someone who genuinely loves helping others find their perfect homes. Thank you thank you thank you. Yara will always be highly recommended by me to any of my friends searching for their homes.
