They had wrong, outdated address. I responded with updated address. They completely ignored it. How do I know? My brother visited my aunt's former house. It's now, macabre, display place for coffins. Oddly, mailbox is still there. He found letter from Klenk dated a year ago. Obviously, staff paid no attention to my update. Don't know if my Aunt Dottie ever received news about her inheritance. She's 104, in a nursing home, and could use a few extra dollars. Of course I contacted them about this, but, as expected, got no reply. Really incompetent front office staff. Uncaring.

Not once. You absolutely DID NOT take interest in my situation after you were paid in full. I have never been treated so poorly. Also, the job you were hired to do was a farce. There are things you did that were wrong. Extremely questionable, but still you did not respond to my calls. I have records of all your actions and unanswered calls. I will not say more as I believe you wil lfinally answer me legally. But I have physical proof of your totally unacceptable actions If you believe what I said in my review was wrong, please feel free to contact me, finally, and I and my current lawyer will be more than happy to discuss this situation with you, with physical, and electronic proof you did not do what you were paid to do. It was a challenge to find a law firm that not only was affordable, but also had a team of social workers attached. Janie, Danielle, and Chelsea were always available. We never went to a care conference alone. And even if a social worker was new and we were learning together, I always had a team to go to to make sure I was on track with what I was advocating for for my mother when her facility was not doing it's job and trying to push us out. When it came time to apply for Medicaid for our mom, Shannon and the Rothkoff team helped us through it big time! That was a huge, stressful undertaking and I don't think we would have gotten through it as swiftly as we did without them. The other amazing aspect of the law firm is the community for caregivers they try to create. I was out of state and could unfortunately not attend events, but it was helpful to know that they are really in deep with caregiving and trying to find ways to support caregivers in all endeavors.
