    Before beginning this hypnotherapy work, I was deeply afraid of money, afraid to make it, afraid to…read morehave it. I unconsciously associated money with betrayal, loss, and spiritual danger. The idea of trading my life force for survival in a system that didn't feel aligned felt suffocating. I also carried ancestral and personal wounds where money was used for control or harm. In my past, someone who represented evil was obsessed with money, which made me reject it entirely as a form of protection. Through our 9 sessions, Audra and I slowly dismantled those beliefs. I came face to face with the root fears and survival programming I didn't know were shaping my life. I saw clearly that my avoidance of money wasn't laziness or lack ,it was trauma, entanglement, and protection. I wasn't equipped to have money back then because it wasn't safe to want it. Now, I feel different. I've reprogrammed the meaning of money in my body and my mind. I no longer see it as something dark or dangerous. I now see it as a neutral energy, a tool that reflects who I am, what I value, and how I serve. I've reconnected with my ability to earn and receive money without fear or guilt. I'm ready to allow it in, aligned with my sovereignty and truth. This work changed my relationship with money at the root. I'm so grateful for this transformation. I'm planning to do the 9 sessions again, for other beliefs that need to be rewritten. Thank you for guiding me back to myself, Audra. warmly

When I found Natalie, I had just come off a round of extreme dieting and was looking for a more balanced look at nutrition. I had heard of Intuitive Eating in the past but had sort of dismissed it because as I told Natalie on our first call: "Clearly, your intuition is telling me to eat different things than my intuition." I worked with Natalie for about 6 months and I can say for a fact that the person I was when I met her and the person I am now are two completely different people (in the best way). I'm still a work in progress and probably always will be, but I can say with absolute certainty that I'm a better version of myself than before I met Natalie. I've since healed from this injury and am working through managing chronic migraines - a specialty I didn't even know PT's could help with! Each session with Dr. Jenny is focused on what I need in that moment - she is an incredible listener and immediately jumps into testing/triaging mode. I was definitely in an eating rut and felt unhappy about my lifestyle and health when I contacted her. I had been following her Simply Real Health blog and finding inspiration in her philosophy. I have always looked for the quick fix and she was offering the real deal. In my appointments with Sarah, she has coached me about the lifestyle changes I want to make, how to view food less emotionally and given me the tools I need to make changes. I thought I was eating fairly healthy by following recipes in health magazine and looking "low-fat" labels. Sarah taught me about whole foods, how I should structure my diet and debunked so many assumptions I had been making about whats "healthy." After working together for the last 5 months, I have completely overhauled my way of looking at food and set a new lifestyle that works for me. Sarah is absolutely a delight to work with as well as professional, reliable, creative and effective. She is extremely flexible and has tailored her support based on my lifestyle and preferences. For example, we decided that I needed more structure around my eating habits and accountability. So Sarah set up a Google doc for me to track my food intake, water, exercise, etc. and reviewed it with me daily. While I have moved on from that (I now track it myself), it is prime example of how Sarah finds creative ways to meet your needs. Also, her recipes are incredible. Check out her blog to try some and see what you think. I highly recommend working with Sarah for any type of lifestyle, health or weight loss goal.
