This company came and fixed the windshield of one of our work trucks today. When the man came, he pointed out that we have a $100 deductible. I explained that we cannot pay today but will mail a check within 30 days. He said that was fine and stated he would leave the paperwork in our truck.
At some point after the work was done on the same day, a "female" called and stated that the money had to be collected the same day and that she was sending the same man back out to pick up the money.
My husband who is disabled tried to explain what occurred but she berated and bullied my husband even after he asked that a manager call us so we could explain. No manager called back.
When I got home, I called and again asked to speak with a manager. The "female" that answered the phone said there wasn't a manager and that I could talk to her. I explained we will no longer use their services and that we will mail a check within 30 days as we told the representative before the work was even done.
