Our project started with tearing down an existing home, working through the design with our architect, and then handing things over to Grainda to bring it all to life. From the beginning and to the end, Jason, Betsy, Jay and Chris were wonderful to work with. With a project this large, there are inevitably a lot of decisions, changes and unexpected things that come up. What we appreciated most was how well the Grainda team communicated and how they approached problems. We always felt like they were working with us to get things right, rather than simply trying to get things done. The quality and attention to detail throughout the house are outstanding, but what has impressed us just as much is how they've continued to stand behind their work after we moved in. They've remained responsive and helpful whenever something has come up, which says a lot about the kind of company they are. Building a custom home can be stressful, and choosing the right builder is probably the most important decision you make in the process. Looking back, we absolutely made the right decision with Grainda. We love our home, we genuinely enjoyed working with their team, and we would choose them again without hesitation.
