We should've known we have problem when floor sample delivery was made. It came in a regular van with an expensive sofa hanging out from the back and not covered with anything. P.s we paid $300 for white glove delivery. Biggest issue however is with our orders. When we first placed the order for American leather sleeper we told the owner Steve that we need sleeper for middle of March move in to our new house. The sleeper is for our grandson who is planning to visit and this is his bed. No problem was the answer, american leather usually takes 3-4 weeks. Today is middle of April and for the last month we've been listening to stories that it's shipped, with no proof of tracking or location. Second order for living room tables is now delayed until May, don't believe that. When we finally insisted on speaking with the owner and tell him we can't wait any longer and not see our grandson, he told us that it is out of his control. When we told him this is not acceptable he asked us to leave the store. This is the worst furniture store ever!!!!!

I so wish I would have checked reviews on this retailer before buying anything from them…read more I ordered an art piece for over $800. It took 4 months for the item to ship when it had originally shown as in stock and ready to ship. From reviews of others it appears this is a common practice. I did finally arrive. It was damaged. See pictures, top left corner canvas, coloring cracked and peeling. They claimed this was "brushstrokes". The wood frame was cracked and stapled back together. The retailer refused a refund. A credit card claim and a BBB claim were filed. If you've done business with this store and had a similar experience, I highly encourage you to make a Better Business Bureau claim. There needs to be some accurate accountability here across multiple forums. There is extremely negative reviews for this business for issues have delayed shipment, damaged items received and not honoring or deceptive Return policies. So disappointed with this business. Read the reviews from actual customers not the bot customer reviews on their website.
