When I was finally called back, the only action taken was putting a bib on me--nothing else was done. It was incredibly disheartening to be left sitting there with no communication about what was happening. To make matters worse, when I expressed my concerns to the office manager, his response was shockingly dismissive. He simply said, "Oh, that sucks, sorry... I'm sorry for that." This lack of empathy and accountability only added to my frustration. It's clear that the office is struggling with organization and professionalism. I left feeling ignored and undervalued as a patient. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dentist office based on my experience. If you're looking for a place that respects your time and provides genuine care, you may want to look elsewhere. Compared to my previous experience establishing myself as a new patient this was atrocious.
