Both my wife and I are positively certain the damage was not there before dropping it off. They denied that it happen there. They have you leave the camper there for 2 weeks before servicing it. Service department was very cooperative with getting me scheduled at a time that suited me. Zack took care of my hitch issue and set it where it should have been. He also offered advice on loading the trailer for a better experience. The whole thing took about an hour.
