He showed up exactly when scheduled and did a great job. He explained what he was doing and seeing throughout. Turns out we had a huge wet clog along our line, disrupting air flow. Not only was it affecting our drying times, but also created a fire hazard. It was super satisfying to see all the gunk they were able to pull out. He even showed us video pulling out the big clumps, which he had to access our attic space to get to. Great pricing, great experience. Would definitely recommend.
