I ordered dumpsters from Carolina Container Services 3 times. They charged me $425 for a 30 yard dumpster (up to 4 tons included). I think the charge is reasonable, there was no additional charge and they always delivered or picked up my dumpsters within 24 hours after I called. Great service. Once they waived their fee after I misunderstood the included timeframe for the dumpster service. read more

Really disappointed with customer service of this company. Delayed delivery when they specifically said they'd have it when I needed it. I was told dumpster would be picked up in 10 days. I don't live on site so I assumed it would be picked up. When informed by a resident there it had not and I called, the very unhelpful receptionist said it was my responsibility to call. She could not verify if I'd be charged more. read more

Crappy service no pun intended. We waited all day Friday for porta potty and it was not delivered. Credit card was charged in full a day before delivery. Finally got a call back and it was delivered day of event in the nick of time. Toilet paper holder was broken. We had to rig something up to make it work. Do not recommend! read more

Which there was a no star option. Placed an order to receive a container, 2 days in advance, request to be called before delivery. Call on the promised day after 1 pm because no one had call or showed up, to find out they had no containers available. Dayana (customer rep) tried to explain they had no way to know in advance, but she didn't tell me tell it was not guaranteed when asking for the credit card information to place my order 2 days ago. I understand things can happen but wouldn't a call to let the client know be nice, or at least tell clients in advance is not guaranteed to have the container the day of the request. Very disappointed on the lack of commitment and costumer service. read more

I am a contractor in Mecklenburg county and have never had service like i recieved from CCS. With the many jobs i have going on i have been searching for a reliable dumpater company. CCS was at my job site within a few hours of placing my order, which was a simple and quick process. They had a driver dedicated to running dumpsters for me during my demolition stage. I have finally found my to-go-to company for hauling. I highly recommend them and will continue working woth them on future projects. read more

Sub standard service with a whole lot of attitude!. I rented both a dumpster and a porta jon from this company. Porta potty was not being cleaned and no effort on the part of the company to rectify or to mitigate the billing. Basically called me a liar, when I could plainly see that services were not being rendered. Look elsewhere, there are plenty more reputable companies. read more

We scheduled a dumpster weeks in advance and were told the day of delivery we would be the first drop off and have it by 9:00am. By 11am we called and were told the truck would be here any minute. An hour later we called back and were told the truck had been rerouted and it would be another hour. Several calls later the representative admitted the dumpster was still in the yard but we would have it by 7pm!! They did drop it off 10 calls later and 9 hours late. Now getting the dumpster out of our yard is the same issue. We have been calling for 4 days and each time we are told they will be out that day. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is the WORST service and I would NOT recommend this company. read more

Everyone I spoke with at CCS was very nice, and their prices were comparable to every other company that delivers porta potties. Their timeliness, however, was nonexistent. They told me they would drop them off at the park by 11, then that they would be there by 1, but had me waiting in the park until 3 (4 hours later) for them to finally drop them off. All porta potties are equal, and I'm sure one of the other companies would care more about their clients. read more

My wife and I bought a house in Huntersville that was in need of a major cleanout. The previous owners were hoarders and left everything they had there. We ordered 2 30 yard dumpsters which were delivered within a day of ordering. The price and service cannot be beat. The people in the office were a pleasure to work with.
