Got a call back just a day or two later and we had a wonderful experience with the plumber. He was timely, polite, respectful, hard working, and most importantly honest. He let us know what charges could be expected ahead of time, and even went out of his way to check two stores for a repair part that saved us hundreds of dollars. (Didn't add any extra fees for that beyond the cost of the repair part.) Very reasonable charges, hardworking, and honest - now they've got a repeat customer!
