In addition, she forwarded to me an agreement she claimed I agreed to but never signed. No witness to verify consent. The agreement is dated the same week I was laid off from my job. The issue is that it was for 6 EAP employee sessions, but I was laid off that week. No employee agrees to EAP when there are massive layoffs due to Covid. Also, she didn't show up for an appointment, and she charged my insurance company. I feel foolish to have used her as a therapist.
