I absolutely love the cabeza tacos here, some of, if not the best cabeza out here. The buche is excellent as well. Tortillas hecha a mano before your eyes and even for the quesadillas. Located in front of the target, usually busy but plenty of parking. Ambiance is chaotic during busy evenings, take care not to bump into each other at the salsa bar! The Kabob stand is located in front of Target and across the street from Trader Joe's. The menu includes beef luleh plate, chicken luleh plate, chicken breast plate, pork ribs plate, beef shish Kabob plate and combo plate. They also have wraps filled with the same variety of meat. You can order sides separately as, cucumber yogurt, hummus, and Ikra or eggplant dip. We ordered two combo plates and one beef luleh wrap The Combo plate comes with one skewer of beef luleh and chicken luleh, rice, grilled tomato, onions, grilled jalapeno and lavash bread My family loved their orders. Both of the beef luleh and chicken luleh were juicy, well seasoned and very flavorful. The beef luleh wrap was humongous, delectable and perfectly seasoned. The service was excellent and very fast. The Kabob stand is a  great Kabob place to stop by. Excellent food, excellent service and average price!

They also have pancita and moronga. While the lamb was tender, it was just way too game-y in taste for us. The generous cup of consommé had an interested flavor to it, and wasn't really needed. However, the star is their homemade/handmade tortillas - these were probably one of the best tortillas we've ever had! Staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the line does build up. I love that they are open early in the morning, but they do take some time in setting up, so try to get there about 20+ minutes past their stated opening time. Communal tables are set up, so you can definitely enjoy before you go on your way; we saw a lot of patrons getting their orders to go.
