It was a fight night so we asked before and they said yes they would televise it. They have a more formal dinning area over looking the ocean and then a patio area and private room that is more informal. We decided to move to the provite room so we could laugh and be loud while we watched the fight since the dinning area was so quiet. The accomodated all our requests. Excellent service and attention to detail. Their prices were good and reasonable. The price of 1 beer came with 1 appetizer which was a win in my book. We got fresh tortillas and bread and our meatbwas cooked to our liking. I will definately come back here when we are in that area. I'm Armenian and have grown up on these foods. The owner was extremely professional and we exchanged recipes on the shush kabab. I knew they marinated their lamb two-three days it was like butter.
