One of the few higher end restaurants in Colima and a stand out! Lovely architectural design, high quality ingredients, excellent chefs in the kitchen, and gracious and attentive service. We were a party of five and had numerous and different appetizers, entrées, and desserts and everything was delicious. In addition to the beef, the appetizers of Queso Provoleta and Chilitos Alarifes are stand-outs! The roasted vegetables were undercooked and that is the only reason I did not rate them with 5 stars. We visit family in Colima and we will return to Chepe. read more

En 2010 comenzamos un proyecto de negocio en el que siempre se ha buscado la satisfacción de nuestros clientes, enfocada al detalle. Originalmente abrimos nuestras puertas con un espacio para 46 comensales, y gracias a una excelente respuesta 3 años después ampliamos nuestra capacidad a 76. Nuestra política, valores y calidad es algo que mantenemos desde un inicio. Buscamos una constante capacitación de nuestro personal, ya que es nuestro activo más joven y valioso, así como la innovación en técnicas de parrillado y manejo de alimentos. Chepe presume vivir en un barrio escondido de la ciudad. Sus amigos dicen que de pequeño era el más travieso de la pandilla, y que ahora es sin duda el más noctámbulo. Lo que realmente disfruta es: la parrillada, la charla y el cafecito. Siempre quiso tener una galería de arte, así que restauró varias obras de su hermana "la jóven pintora" y las colgó en el restaurante, ahora tiene la obra de arte más cosmopolita de la ciudad. Cada semana tiene citas con sus mejores amigos, clientes, empresarios y familia con los que comparte su afición por la buena cocina acompañada de una botella de vino tinto.
