What we do have in Iowa is meat. Fantastic meat. What were we going to do? Enter Knutzens. This shop rivals everything in Iowa and probably actually beats most places in the service category. They are phenomenal. If you don't know what a good steak looks like, ask them to pick for you. They know their craft and won't disappoint! Know of something they're missing? They will try to help. Our holiday tradition in Iowa was to make ham balls out of ham loaf. When I asked if they had it, they said no but bring in the recipe and they can make it happen.
