Processed a pig at Bryan's meats - excellent! The cuts were great and the packaging was the best! Highly recommend! Will be back for sure.

My steaks were suppose to be cut 1.25-1.5". I guess I could say it's "male" measuring but it's not funny when they screwed the cutting and wrapping of my entire beef. Entry level cutters??? AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!! read more

I had a cow butchered here and would not recommend it at all. I asked for one pound hamburger packages and 2-3 pound roast. I got 2 pound hamburger packages and 4-6 pound roasts. When I called to complain they checked the cut sheet and he said yes I was right , so if I wanted bring in the roasts and we will cut them, that's it. I spilt this cow with two other couples. We don't need 2 pound hamburger and 5-6 pound roasts. The packages was vacuum sealed in plastic and did not stack at all in my freezer. The packaging was like it was thrown in a pile then how ever they fell that's how they froze. Needless to say we will not be going back. read more

I'll start off by saying that the meat is fantastic so it's super unfortunate to be writing this review based on customer service. The gal who helped us weigh our meat and take our order was rude and confrontational. Our meat was slightly frozen in the middle (had been thawing for over 7 days) and she had a big problem with that. Before even looking she made a point to call out we would be sent away. Once I responded I would gladly take my meat elsewhere, her stance changed slightly. I wouldn't have written this review, however decided to once they added a $10 fee for using our card to pay without letting us know prior. As mentioned, super unfortunate given the product itself, I'll drive to Walla Walla in the future. read more

I just have to be honest about the extremely poor customer service from the front desk of this establishment. Wow. Rude is an understatement. Might want to reconsider who meets the customer first. I take game meat here every year I get a deer for summer sausage and pep sticks only. It's a little pricy taking already ground meat in but you get a good product back. We tried the pre cooked turkey for Christmas this year. You cannot go wrong with these! Reheat for an hour at 350 and it is delicious! Fall off the bone good! I have seen some comments about the front counter service. I will say after being in multiple times you have to get to know the lady everyone is referring to. She may rub you wrong at first but she is hilarious to listen to when she chews peoples asses bringing in frozen meat for processing. I think she is great. As long as you play by the rules she will treat you right. She went above and beyond helping me out with some pep sticks and summer sausage this year so I appreciate her. Give them a try! read more

A buddy told me I needed to go try their smoked pork chops. They are amazing. Tast like smoked ham just melt in your mouth. Prices were pretty good for the quality of the meat. A little out of the way but who cares when you can get good meat. read more

Great service! Best jerky and pepper stick in washington! I also heard the story about richard l. Not being able to park properly and taking multiple parking spots with a for sale sign. All business owners do the same if someone was in their shoes if they owned a business and parking lot. I even heard the owner offered him the drive through to park his classic show truck, and show the for sale sign. read more

Be careful dealing with Brian's butcher block, I've heard through the years from several different people that they have a reputation of switching meet on you. I did not want to believe it until we brought in an 18 month Old black Angus with all the proper hay and grain that should be tender and full of taste and just a delight to serve to friends and family. The meat we got back after processing taste like a 15-year-old milking cow with no taste and tough as leather. An 18 month old black Angus does not taste that way! We kept the tongues from the cows and are considering having a DNA test done.We ended up giving alot of our beef away to charity, and will never be dealing with them again. The Owner may not be aware of what's going on, but the employees are!! There are plenty of other respectable meat processing plants to go to read more

We were happy to see that Bryan's did vacuum sealing when they cut your meat. It seemed worth the extra. I have had just a Costco sealer for years and like how it extends the life of frozen meat. So far I have thawed 8 packages of meat, (3 steak & 5 burger). I've had 4 leakers, 1 steak & 3 burger. This meant disinfecting the refrigerator, as blood was on the shelves, and other items. His cutting is good, but the wrapping/sealing really sucks. read more

Bryan is the MASTER at making delicious food. I especially like the smoked salmon and jerky and beef sticks he's made for me. The sausage and salami are the best I've ever tasted too. He's spoiled me, I can't hardly eat store bought food any more! He's a third generation butcher and an expert at his craft. He takes a lot of pride in his product and it shows.
