If you are easily offended by racial slurs and being disrespected this is the place for you! I over heard the employees using the N word very generously as well as curse words to communicate effectively with each other. I went through twice and the first time they sent me through the wash nothing worked, the second time I went through the guy at the register told me I didn't need my receipt. He then acted like he was going to hand it to me and crumbled it up in my face and said I didn't need it. Maybe if Dick's Last Resort was a car wash it would be more humorous but unfortunately this is a legitimate business... Please vote with your dollars. read more

Service was great. When you roll in-they have so many different options on what level of car cleaning you want. If you get confused like me, don't hesitate to ask the front attendant. 1 wash area that washes the car but once you are done, several stations where you can park your car and attendants will clean the exterior. Fyi-they will clean the trunk so long as you pop the trunk. If you find any areas that haven't been thoroughly cleaned, feel free to let them know and they go in and clean. Overall customer service was great and they have a waiting lounge. Will see come back. read more

Liars, they cheated me out of a car wash after getting an inspection.

I used to take my new RAV4 to this place all the time. Until one day I took my car in to be washed and the weather stripping at the top was falling off. The manager there started arguing with me that it was super glued in place. I told him it was a new car and asked to speak to the owner. The owner wasn't there so he handed me some paper work to fill out and told me that nothing would probably happen since it was glued in place. The owner never called and I never went back. read more

I took my husband's car up here today to get an oil change because this is where he gets the work done. Two vehicles were in the stalls, one car waiting and I was still greeted (by David) as soon as I pulled up. They were busy and completed the work within 30 minutes. David assisted me with the service of the car and he was very nice. I like the free car wash too. thanks guys! read more

Showed up at 8:30am on a Thursday, got right in. As a first timer I needed a recommendation. Nice young man helped me find an appropriate interior/exterior clean without trying to oversell. Water jets in autowash seemed more powerful than other washes I've used. Pulled around into interior wash zone and hopped out. Nice lady started cleaning shortly after the one ahead of me. I connected to free wifi and hung out in the large air conditioned waiting area. They had a kids area, vending machine, big tv, and ample seating. Finished the rest of my visit sitting outside under canopy listening to the music they had playing outside. For the price, you get a heck of a deal. read more

Carnation Auto Spa - Outside and inside looks impeccable for a '06! Thanks y'all! - Car Wash Near Me - Carrollton, Texas

I've been coming here since I moved to Texas and so far it's my favorite car wash. Good job and great prices.

I planned on getting an oil change, state inspection and full service wash but it wasn't that easy. Mechanic came out seemed half asleep, upset to be working today and said he could do the oil change but not the state inspection because the machine didn't work. I asked about the car wash and the mechanic said I needed to coordinate that myself with the wash guys. I spoke to the intake wash guy who said I just needed to wait until my car was done. But he went on to ask which wash I wanted. He said, "give me a minute" and never came back over to me. Ugh! Service is lacking. So I guess the oil change may be it for me today. I don't plan on returning. read more

I drive a lot for work so my truck is always dirty. The monthly pass is great for me. Never had a problem and compared to other car washes theirs always does much better and they do a good job handle dirty parts before they run you through! read more

Been coming here for about a year and absolutely AMAZING service and very nice car cleaning that they do for such a cheap price!!! I highly recommend to anyone !! read more

Needed a state inspection place close to home and drove by this place. The line was pretty long but it wasn't a terrible wait time, I would say fast and efficient as they only had one inspector on duty. The guy who did my inspection happened to be the manager. It's not often you see managers helping their team out so that was refreshing to see. He was friendly and did a great job getting everyone through. Bonus I got a free car wash with my inspection read more

I came in around 2pm on Saturday. Came for an inspection then realized they had detail options. The nice gentleman helped me understand what the difference was between each. I said give me the most expensive one bc my car needs some TLC. My car looks brand new after getting a much needed detail! I chose the $125.00 package which I think was the biggest one. Amazing price! Since, I also got my state inspection done here too, I received a coupon off my detail. Super fast and everyone was super friendly! Will definitely be back. I live super close as well so that is also a plus. Thanks! God Bless. read more

I came here at about 11:30 AM, there was no one in front of me, and they were only two cars in the stages of being dried. The wash went fine, but I sat for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to just dry my car. I finally got out and started drying it myself. For $16, and a place that's basically empty, I expected much more. I would only go if you're if you're not in a hurry. This place is in severe need of better staffing read more

This place was great to work with & did a fantastic job on my suv that had tons of dog hair & dirt all throughout the car! I highly recommend them! read more

Close to home, always open, great prices. I don't get my car washed often so when I do I want a little more than the basics done. I got a silver package. $15 exterior wash, inside vacuum and exterior dry. When they are busy It can be very chaotic. People are not really sure where to put you or what you're doing. They also do an extended wash for when it rains. read more

By far my fav place for oil change and wash the oil technicians are so nice and helpful and the car wash workers work hard

Took my jeep for a interior cleaning. I had a lot of dog hair in my truck area, which was not easy to remove. I was quoted a fair price and the work was completed in an hour. The interior detaining exceeded my expectations, and they also washed the exterior with tire shine on the wheels. Will be going back again in the future with my other cars. read more

I don't wash my car often but I decided to stop by and having my car cleaned. I was impressed at the customer service and the way they attended to my vehicle. Tyler was especially helpful in helping me find the right package for my car. I will be returning. read more

I drove up to the check-in area and was met by a young woman with a neck tattoo. No worries about the tattoo, but her attitude was atrocious! I rolled my window down and she just stared at me blankly; not a "hello", not a "how can we help you?", nothing, just a blank stare. I asked her if I needed to say something and she rudely responded that I was the one who had driven up to the car wash. Apparently, I was supposed to know what services they offered. I have a black QX80 and I wanted to know if they offered a hand-wash option as their list of services had nothing of the sort listed. Another guy came out and actually helped me. As a first-time customer, it will probably be my last time as this young woman sullied an otherwise pleasant and positive experience. If I owned the joint, she would either be given additional training on what customer service actually means or be dismissed. read more

Living in the neighborhood right behind this carwash, I've been here quite often. In fact, since my move to Texas, my family and I have been doing all our oil changes, inspections and car washes here. The price here is reasonable. $6 for exterior wash - you can't beat that. While the service is prompt, you can run into a loooong line during weekends. I suggest coming in early. What I found was not as pleasant is the fact that the staff is pretty rude and they need to do a better job at keeping their premise cleaner and more presentable. read more

The management including a few of the employees are extremely rude. They don't do their job right and then have the nerve to be disrespectful to their customers when they complain. We've been loyal customers for several years but we will never go back here again. Stay away if you want your car to actually be serviced right. read more

My car looks amazing!!! I forgot to tell hem not to open my trunk(SUV) so everything fell out and they picked it up! So sorry but everyone was so nice. Special thanks to Tony who took care of me until the very end!! My car needed a jump and he took care of everything! Thank you so much guys. I'll be back read more

Super reasonable prices for car washes that are great quality! Got confused when I first came because of all the stations but you first pull in then choose your carwash option and drive through the car wash then after pull into the different stations where they clean your interior and wipe the exterior. read more

I went early on a Sunday to avoid a long wait. Recently some juice boxes exploded in my back seat and my car was smelling like a dump truck. I got the Interior package. Within the hour my car was washed, buffed and shampooed, looked and smelled great. They did a nice job. Will definitely come back for future detail work. read more

Nice wash and oil change! I was very satisfied with their service all around. The oil change prices for synthetic blend are reasonable and the Gold wash for 20 is a really good price as well. read more

Carnation Auto Spa - Car Wash Near Me - Carrollton, Texas

This was my first time going to this location on 9-29-16, because it was closest to my home & everything was fine until my car came out of the wash House. The plastic was rolled back above my doors and the manager came and took a picture of it and told me that they make an incident report and then we'll try and find a solution. The same gentleman that checked my car in is the same gentleman that came and took pictures so there was obviously no damage when i entered. When I called to try to get a solution his answer was my car was old it was dry rotted underneath even though we couldn't see it and they're not really fully reliable or responsible for the damages that basically I'm responsible for it cause my car is old. Had I known because my car has plastic tops and was only a 2008 that it would be ruined, I would have never went to their location and if they knew it they should have never let me go through. I have had my car detailed at several locations AND NONE HAVE GIVEN ME ANY PROBLEMS AND MY CAR WAS PERFECT! Now I'm stuck with a car that is cosmetically ruined and no one's going to do anything about it. I will never go back to this location again and I will never tell anyone about it. I have to pay half the cost and i have to let them repair it at their descretion. Not fair to me as a customer at all! If your car is not a 2015 or newer, do not go to this location!! If anything god forbids happen the first thing their going to say is your car is old!! Very upset customer....looking for a lawyer!! read more

initial impression...small 2 slot garage....friendly tech....quick service good experience .. took my wife's 13' Rav4 there and was happy with the service will prob. visit again to update the review for now solid 4 stars read more

I have been using this place since it was built for car washes and oil changes on four vehicles. It had always been great, but the new owners are not very good. The oil change comes with a free full service car wash, the ticket says "full service", but they will only do an exterior wash now. CHANGE YOUR TICKETS AND LET PEOPLE KNOW IN ADVANCE. Their auto shop is really pushing unnecessary services on unsuspecting and naive customers. Will never go back, lost service on four vehicles. read more

I wish I could leave less than a star. I've been a loyal customer for years. Recently, I went in for an oil change, and the head technician advised they could not because my dip stick appeared to be broken off inside the tube. I then advised that it had to be someone from there as it's been the only place I bring my SUV for oil changes. He apologized and said that because of those types of complaints, the previous staff had been fired. He then said they would gladly replace the cost to replace at the Dodge dealership. I take my car in today with my receipt and first, the same head technician said it was broken before i previously brought it in. Then he remembered me and said he would chat with the owners. The owners refused to offer the replacement cost and would only consider giving me a discounted oil change (vs. a free one) if I needed one today. I did not and asked could they just give me a voucher or credit for my next visit. That was declined. The technician advised that the owners were in the process of selling the property and that perhaps the next owners would be more amicable. You just permanently lost a customer. So disgusted! read more

Granted I didn't spend much money for a detailed clean. The ladies that worked on the interior of my car did a pretty piss poor job. They were rushing and I had to ask them twice to do the trunk. Even after I left I noticed they didn't even wipe my windows down properly and the car got dirty within days because of the dirty towels that must have been used. Again I didn't spend an arm and a leg but c'mon at least get me the minimum of what you promise. read more

They were quick and thorough and the staff was very polite. The truck looked great when they were done. I just wish they would have an ATM on the premises as I don't carry cash so I didn't have a way to leave a tip so I was really embarrassed by that. read more

Came in yesterday 7/23 for an inspection but they were very busy which yes is a good thing, told me the wait was gonna be over an hour so I asked if they opened on Sunday's, guy told me yes that they'll be here Sunday starting at 8am sharp. So here I am, 7/24, I've been here since 7:50 hoping I'd be the first one in and out. It's 8:49 and no one is here yet, no sign on the door saying anything either just that they do open at 8 on Sunday's. This right here is bad service. I came early to make sure I wouldn't have to wait long for a 20min inspection and here I am waiting over an hour just for them to get here. read more
