Stay clear...also paid in full for an 6.9 Cummins engine rebuild with warranty which was supposed to take 2 months...turned into 7 months, during which time I got repeatedly ghosted, false excuses, lied to, promised delivery dates. Stupidly, I believed all the nice promises to get me the best farm truck ever, and shipped truck from 12 hrs north to NC. After 7 months without truck and unable to get a status on the repair, I sent a hauler to retrieve it, but Tyler wasn't ready to load, indicating truck not perfect. Then went back in silence, so sent a man down to the shop to get Tyler on the phone. When truck finally was returned, it leaks oil, blows black smoke, idler going insanely high, oil everywhere, exhaust coming into car, none of the check gauges (oil pressure, coolant temp) work, 4WD disconnected, fuel in the oil, essentially nothing connected and all dangling by its own cables, fuel pump just hanging, and so much more.... Engine skips, no place to fill the oil, inferior hoses, and also paid for new injectors. Tyler does not honor the warranty, while he offered to rectify some of these issues, he has yet to show up. Phone calls are never returned, and he has disappeared entirely now. Basically worse than were we started, truck is unusable, needs entire new engine replacement as nobody wants to deal with this mess, as we don't know the status of the engine block or head. The loss of use of this truck for now almost a year has caused significant economic loss, and certainly loss of faith in dealling with people long distance. This place does not deserve your business, unless you enjoy being ghosted and lied to, robbed of your hard earned cash, and left with bigger problems. read more
