The florist provided excellent customer service and made sure the flowers arrived on time. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful! I especially appreciated that the florist asked what the occasion was so she could choose the most appropriate flowers to honor and decorate the event. After waiting several minutes for her to finish talking with the man and the person who would make his arrangement, I decided to leave for better service. At Twigs, I found both beautiful flowers and excellent service. There were several arrangements from which to choose for my particular needs. Note to self and to others: Just go to Twigs First. The quality of their flowers, designs and service are better anyway.

I purchased an arrangement for my mother in law's birthday the same week of Valentines Day. I…read moreordered the flowers in person 4 days before picking them up. I saw a photo on line of the arrangement I chose ahead of time, but figured for $80, it should be a decent size. I was completely wrong. The arrangement was not much bigger than a mug style arrangement you could get at a grocery store and really not any nicer. I was very disappointed in the cost and let the store employees know. An employee there told me that the cost of everything has tripled and the vase I requested was $35 by itself. I found the same exact vase on Teleflora for $18. And the same EXACT arrangement with roses (there were no roses in my arrangement) for $50.99. I could have had the arrangement delivered for $30 less than what I paid at the store and picked up myself. On top of that, I said it was for a birthday at least twice. But she asked if I needed a card, and i said I would at least like that to be included, she gave me a Valentine's card. I should have looked before I left the store, but I am still very disappointed. I will not use this florist again.

My arrangement was ready at the appointed time but I was disappointed in the size and number of feature flowers (Asian Lilies) in the arrangement. When I picked the up the vase, I got an armful of cold water as the vase had been overfilled and I was given no warning. The spillage continued in my truck all over the console as I wasnt given a small box to carry the attangenment in as I have been at virtually every other shop Ive made a similar purchase at. I paid $90 out the door and it should have been closer to $60 given the small size of the arrangement and only two (2) lilies among all the other cheaper filler flowers. Two thumbs down.

I'm always greeted when coming in the doors, employees are very nice and help you find what you're looking for. Highly recommend going here for a vape/weed etc. The also have a point system where if you buy 6 vapes you get the 7th for free which I love. Because i usually buy 2 when i go in and if i buy 2 when my point card is almost completely full id get 3 and thats super amazing. Vapes from here usually last me about 2-3 weeks if not longer. I highly recommend checking them out if you haven't already. They also have a huge variety of bongs, rigs, and bowls, and have car air fresheners if you're a car smoker and don't want your car to smell when you have relatives travel with you. They have stuff there for everyone
