I really liked this place - it isn't fancy, but the food is good and the service is nice. We had quite a few dishes - prawns, skewer, soup, melon, and few beers. Everything was well-prepared and tasty. I also liked the ambiance - a frequented by locals diner-like atmosphere. Even though the place is right by the train station, majority of customers appeared local and they knew each other and the staff... and, there were quite a few people even at a rather odd time around 4 or 5pm - the place must be good for all those people to keep coming there.
I think another reason the place is popular is the value - prices are extremely reasonable. I remember the daily special - a giant plate with a drink that would easily fill an adult - was €8. The location is great too - across the street from the main trains station - definitely much better food and a lot more choices than any place at the station - certainly worth crossing the road. read more
