The only problem I ever have is trying to get in for the urgent stuff as they are usually booked out for a couple of days in advance, this means you do have to keep your wits about you and not expect them to drop everything for your emergency. Excellent clean workshop with people who know what they are talking about and not trying to rip you off. A full list of works is supplied with every invoice showing you exactly what was done, they also call you should you require any further work before proceeding for acceptance of cost associated. But I actually enjoy bringing my car to Vitanza's Bridgestone store in Milton. Michael and the rest of the staff are very kind and helpful. They explain the services and costs clearly. The cost of logbook scheduled maintenance is always less than at the dealership. I can always get my car in for an appointment within a day or two of asking. And the location is more convenient for me. I've also bought tyres here; good prices and quality Bridgestone products. Honest folks to be found here!

KTAS (for short) have been there for years but I have never dealt with them up until about a month ago. The team there are brilliant and Michael and Cassie who run it are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They tell you straight if there is any issues with the car and will give you accurate pricing and also give you options on what needs to be fixed first. The are priced well and you can drop of your car there in the morning and pick up at the end of the day and they are also open on Saturdays. Would highly recommend KTAS!

Booked the car into the Yeerongpilly store (which is on the way to work for me), they were extremely professional, provided excellent service, useful suggestions and advice, and rectified all of my issues. Have not been back to the Stafford store to see if the problems I encountered have been taken care of, but management at Fulcrum Suspensions definitely care about the thoughts and concerns of their customers, so definitely give them a go, and if there are any further dramas let their management know and they will be on top of it (which is much much better than some other companies I've dealt with!) A++ for listening and fixing the problem, hopefully future customers at this store receive as good as service as I received at their Yeerongpilly store.

We then rang Geoff and he was out and was told to F off. After talking to Geoff he would not even give me back my parts old parts. I have now taken my car to another place to replace and were not replaced and my front brakes were just about on the steel. So this car was given back to me in a Dangerous state after a full service
