For example my family member was quoted $3000 for faulty breaks, axle, throttle body etc by another mechanic. I took it to Kedron for second opinion and they could not fault the car. Another example with my dad when Toyota told him that his van needs a new Axle and bushings cause it was cracked. He took it to Neville, who showed there were No cracks or damage, even took photos of it to show it to Toyota. Great people! Esp. Neville and Russell.

She had broken down near Hano's and asked for some help with starting a little Nissan Micra that would not start. The boys there helped her out free of charge. She was working with her daughter to get the car repaired ready to sell. She thought it was a good opportunity to ask them to quote for repairs to get the car roadworthy. So she booked it in. The quote arrived and we decided they were too expensive when compared to our regular mechanic, so she went to pick up the car and was surprised, disappointed and not a little annoyed at what occurred. She was told she had to pay for a roadworthy certificate before she could take the car. She protested at this, knowing that she had asked for a quote, not a certificate. The three male staff (the Manager, and two Mechanics) ganged up on her in the reception area and bullied her, ignored her complaint and one of the Mechanics assaulted her, shouting over the top her when she tried to voice her complaint about this apparently legal extortion tactic employed by the staff at Hano's Car Care. My partner then left and broke down in tears and called me to help her. I came to her aid, and when she pointed out which one yelled at my partner, he immediately raised his voice to deny that he had shouted down my partner. If this was not so serious, his response would have made great comedy. Seriously, anyone that may look like an easy mark for these bullies, should steer clear of Hano's Car Care.

Their yard is tidy and easy to navigate. If you need any car parts, I'd highly recommend them. They are open until 5pm and getting there in peak hour traffic isn't really a problem.
