She was dressed head to toe in purple and was very personable. I had gone in for a pedicure and she did a great job. Price on par with everywhere else, about $40 for a regular, no gel. Would return. The salon is clean, bright, and organized nicely in a row. I love nail spots like this where you can sit next to your friend, rather than the ones where you can't sit together and you're at more spread out stations. I didn't need anything special. I was in a bind and needed my Shellac polish removed. In many other places this is something that can cost way more than it should, but I was so thankful to find that it was only $7.00 here. Perfect. Totally reasonable. It was a Saturday, and I was expecting to have to wait since I didn't have an appointment, but to my (very pleasant) surprise, they were able to see me right away. My visit was quick, cost effective, and efficient. I would go back again if I'm in the area, for sure!

Now I have had an awesome experience at this spa: a pedicure with hot wax, and I was very impressed - the massaging chair was like getting an extra back massage while the feet were getting done! I came away feeling very refreshed and relaxed; this was just what I needed! It's a rather large building with many different rooms. I did not see it all, but what I did see was nice and clean, and nicely laid out. It the waiting room waiting for the nail polish to dry, there was a beautiful large, vibrant fish tank. The whole atmosphere was relaxing. There were current magazines available, so you could catch up on current affairs while you are waiting. Midway through my pedicure, one of the receptionists came around offering cookies. That was a nice touch. This is not a cheap spa treatment, but definitely good place to go get pampered in preparation for a wedding, or other special event. Or, just because! This place will continue to be on my wish list as a recommendation for gift certificates. :-)

From start to finish I could feel myself relaxing; the whole ambiance of the spa is wonderful - finished beautifully inside and out! In the front, there are again 8-10 nail stations. The staff are lovely, greeted with a smile from everyone upon arriving. I chose my colours and went to the back. After my pedi and an episode of Holmes on Homes I headed to the front for my mani. There is another TV in the front, the news was on which was kind of nice. On one wall though, they have a huge wall unit, the top half has OPI nail polishes, and the bottom half has little kits with nail files, buffers and other instruments with customers names on the boxes! Super cute and a nice touch - saves money and ensures your return customers are taken care of. Very clean place, as I was one of the last booked customers for the day I watched as a few staff cleaned up their stations - incredibly thorough! I've already booked my next visit and look forward to going back :)

The building isn't even finished with no sign on it and all tools used weren't sanitized beforehand. They have a sign elsewhere promoting this great spa pedicure that I DID NOT receive, with the blood to prove it. The price does not reflect the quality of service and I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOONE.
