I laughed and was shocked this guy the owner of the company had such arrogance to think that the customer is paying his bills and also has say in the matters, but you meet all kinds of poor business people these days and they are diffidently not a CPA firm I would ever do business with nor recommend to anyone unless your the type that puts on blinders and does what they tell you too. I would give this guy a F for flunking if I could.
