I will give this doctor a 0. He is the most uncaring doctor I have met. I have had 3 sinus…read moresurgeries already and my cat scan showed I have a sinus infection on the right side and he wanted me to us a compound mixed medication to put up my nose which I already felt uncomfortable with but also insurance wouldn't pay for the kit needed so I asked for a regular medication and he said no either do it or have another surgery. So since you care that little than I don't need you as a doctor. You are very uncaring. No I won't have a fourth surgery I'll find a doctor that cares. Good bye!! I wouldn't add a star at all but had to add at least one or couldn't post but you get a 0 for me.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My 11 year old daughter was seen here in November 2023. I provided her insurance…read morecard at the time of the visit as well as paid her $70 co-pay. Then I received a bill in the mail a month later from the office for $600 and it showed they didn't even bill her insurance! So I spent hours on the phone with her insurance to which I find out there is no claim from the doctors office at all!!! (They never submitted a claim). I've called the doctors office twice, TWICE since then verifying they have her correct insurance and asking them to PLEASE do their job and bill insurance!!!! Each time I'm told "well, we have her insurance on file but I'm not sure why we never billed it". Now it is 70 days past due and on my credit!!!! I'm seriously at a loss of what to do. The office staff won't do their job and bill our insurance so they just keep sending me the same $600 bill that I refuse to pay because sure WE HAVE INSURANCE that I pay ALOT for!!!! Horrible way to run a practice! Luckily we did not move forward with the procedure my daughter needs done with them (we are going somewhere else) because this place is nothing but a nightmare!!!!! Do not get wrapped up in this mess!!!!!!!

Went here for outpatient surgery…read more The good: Dr. Mansfield is a no-nonsense knowledge ENT surgeon. He was able to diagnose an issue that 6 other dentists and oral surgeons missed. The staff is very friendly and personable. I can tell there are a lot of "regulars" and they and they treat them like old friends. The procedure itself was kind of terrible but the doc did his best to be fast and efficient. I could have gone under if I insisted but it only lasted 5 min instead of an all day recovery. The bad: Despite scheduling the procedure 6 weeks out they didn't plan to give me details (time?!/ whether I needed a driver, etc) until the day prior. This makes planning for help difficult if you are single and have a working spouse. I called several times and while everyone was polite, I was often on hold for a while and was disconnected a few times Day of the appointment I arrived 15 min early and still waited an hour past my apt before I went to the back. 2 hour visit for 5 min procedure Overall I give them 4 stars. The staff and doctors who need to be excellent are just that. If the office experience wasn't so frustrating they would get 5 stars.

Well, received a diagnosis for an ailment which started prior to the pandemic and during the time…read morewhen physicians were not seeing patients, but being paid to talk for ten minutes online. After a VNG, Videonystagmography, still cannot tell you whether I know what is wrong. Mrs. Mehta, believe that is her name, I do not recommend. She was the final person on the chain of who I saw during two visits. What happened to the physicians? What ailments warrant seeing one of them instead of Mrs. Mehta? Don't intend to return and the symptoms are still present.
