The pizzas cooked in their fires wood oven with one of the most perfectly cooked crusts was better than most places in the U.S. We got the guacamole to start and the three salsas that came with it were flavorful & complimented the guacamole perfectly. My favorite was the spicy oil! The open air courtyard was very cozy and the lady singing provided the perfect ambiance. Our server was friendly and always quick to refill our drinks. Our plan was to dine at another popular spot for lobster pizza. Unfortunately, the skies opened up just as we were heading out and it wasn't possible to sit in a garden-type restaurant. Edelyn is mostly indoor space but with large, open windows, and they also have some seating outside, covered by an overhang, which is where we sat. We were able to watch the world go by while enjoying said lobster pizza (and another with chorizo, peppers and onions). This is a locals spot, and service was no frills. I do believe that my elementary spanish was welcomed, and it was certainly helpful in securing everything we wanted. Our pizzas were really solid and the beers were cold and cheap.
