We submitted the paperwork almost a MONTH ago for Fidelis to set up the assessment for home care, and it has dragged out until now which is 2 days before he is getting discharged. Literally four of us have been constantly trying to follow up on the phone for weeks, and nothing is happening due to an obnoxious amount of clerical errors and lack of action on their end. The amount of red tape and incompetence we've had to deal with is nothing short of staggering. If my grandfather gets hurt at home after discharge due to not having MEDICALLY NECESSARY care and supervision, our family's lawyers will be getting involved immediately. I truly cannot express in words how disgusting this experience has been for my family.

I do not understand why these are being billed separately for a single annual exam. When I called to clarify, the staff member was unhelpful and unprofessional, failing to resolve the matter and deferring responsibility back to the provider. The lack of transparency regarding these costs is concerning. My experience seems to reflect a broader issue mentioned in other reviews where patients are billed for services they understood to be included in their preventive care.

I changed my OBGYN at 12 weeks pregnant and I'm so happy I did because I have met with three different nurses / drs and they were all great. There is a wait but I'd rather that than having to wait weeks for an appointment. They always make time for you. On the weekends when you call the after hours line they get back to you within 20 minutes and then the office follows up with you once they open. I can't complain, highly recommended.

Also the patient rooms has the cottons balls, mouth tongs, and q-tips exposed collecting dust with NO lids on the jars. I want to also mentioned that the office rinses the already used urine cups to reuse for other patients (NOT plastic but paper, gross)! Once I was using the restroom and they had about 4-5 cups of other patient urines on the edge of the bathroom sink exposed. I find that the patients room are not sanitized, very messy not organized.
