The instructors were all good. Facilities were well kept it seemed. I wish the school would provide coffee though. They even have room for a little beverage kiosk if they wanted--that would be awesome. For the money they charge though, I say keep some free coffee out, they can afford it. $250 a person and two of my classes had about 50 people in it. I don't know how much they pay their instructors for those 30 hours but I know it's not so much that they can't provide some complimentary coffee to help keep us all awake. No complaints with the school or this location.

On October 19, 2019, I attended Jon's class and spent 10 hours as required. I passed the written…read moretest with 100% correct and passed the field test. At the end of class, he stated that he did not have our certificates and he would mail them by the next Wednesday. I tried contacting him and he finally texted me on Oct. 30 stating that he received the certificates on Monday October 28, 2019 and he mailed them on Oct 29, 2019. Since this time, I have sent 5 text messages, 4 emails and left numerous phone messages. He refuses to answer or respond to any of them. I called the Apex police dept. where I believe he said he worked and they told me he hasn't worked there for ten years. Today is December 6, 2019 and I haven't heard from him or received my certificate. I believe that I have been scammed. I purchased a voucher through Groupon and will try to post this message there also. Beware of this company.

In the middle of job hunting, it occurred to me that my CPR certification (required for job) was lapsing. I called CPR Solutions, and spoke to a very helpful Claudia, who informed me she had a small class the next day. She warned it might be a bit crowded by said if I didn't mind a small space I was welcome to come. I was so glad I did! She gave an excellent class. Her teaching was very thorough, and she backed up her instruction with rationale that made understanding (and remembering) the information easy. She kept all the class engaged with the material and stopped often to make sure we were all comfortable with what we were learning. I would recommend CPR Solutions to anyone looking to take CPR classes, whether for for personal self-improvement or as a requirement for a job.
