It's a basic no frills place and part of Sticky Fingers, which is an arts and creativity place for children and young people. All profits go to their charity in a world obsessed with greed and self.
Despite my fondness for lobster, caviar, foie gras, fillet steaks, champagne and almost every fattening dessert under the sun I opted here for a simple egg & onion sandwich on white bread. It was very tasty indeed. My wife had a chicken & ham toasted sandwich.
I had a flat white and my wife a cappuccino. They invite you to pick your own cup from a selection which is novel so you can pick cups that are quite large which they will fill. We opted for modest.
Cosy place and the total bill for the two of us was a tenner. read more
