Parking is difficult but you can arrange for someone to come out and help you bring in the laundry from the curb and help return it when you are done. I actually had to call them to remind them twice about the pickup, they eventually came to get it. Anyway, I pay my housekeeper less for an entire day of work and doing laundry, and my dry cleaner less weekly for laundering. So I just would never use this service again. Would not recommend this place at all, as it seems absurd for their pricing and value. Just buy yourself new items or use a dry cleaner. You'll get more out of that and better customer service as well.
