She is a delightful kind person, extremely organized and committed to seeing that all our visions were met, plus gave great suggestions on filling the gaps where we didn't have knowledge of all of what was needed for planning a wedding. She has great attention to detail. We also appreciated the help from Casey's assistant Micaela S. on the wedding day. We had Daniel from At Last as our DJ and he was great. The dance floor was full all evening as he played a wide mix of the bride and groom's pre-selected music.

Crissman Videography made us fully happy with our decision to do so, and gives a great example of what a wedding video should be. It turned out beautifully, and gave all our family who couldn't make it a true feeling for how special the day was. Thank you to Casey & team for the hard work and wonderful professionalism. I could not have had one of the best days of my life without Bethanee and her team! I wanted for nothing. Bethanee is very detailed; she will ask a lot of questions, but it is to make your life a whole lot easier. She is fearless. She will have everyone in line, and that includes vendors who may think they need to have an opinion. LOL! She is empathetic; she will give a hug or lend an ear if she feels a meltdown about to happen. I don't have all my pics back from my big day yet, but I loved every minute of it! I'm a bit of a perfectionist and love to be involved, and she handled my need-to-know updates with grace and patience. I'm pretty sure I texted her more than anyone in the weeks/day leading up to the big day, and she always responded promptly and put my anxieties at ease. Then came the actual wedding day. It was hotter than anything, and I'm pretty sure Murphy's Law was in full effect. Bethanee was all action, putting out fires (metaphorically, thankfully!), wrangling vendors, and keeping everything running smoothly as possible, all while sporting a smile, even in the midst of being treated not so nicely from a few people that should have known better. She truly worked her butt off in the heat! I don't know how she did it, but she was truly amazing and made me feel like I could truly enjoy my day. And can we talk about the bartenders she provided? These weren't your average bartenders. Matty and Sabrina were wonderful and the guests were raving about the cocktails, and they went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and hydrated. Seriously, they were a wonderful team and I would hire her and her team again in a heart beat! If you're looking for a wedding coordinator who is organized, communicative, dedicated, and not afraid to tackle any challenge thrown her way, look no further than Bethanee at Kreative Minds. And if you need bartenders, trust me, you want her team. They will make your event unforgettable (in a good way!). Thank you Bethanee and Kreative Minds team (Matty and Sabrina)!
