I recently decided to update my LinkedIn profile as I am preparing for a shift in my career. I had…read moreseveral speaking engagements and felt embarrassed when I was asked for my LinkedIn contact information. I saw Matt's work on Instagram and his website and was very impressed. Scheduling was really easy and convenient, even when I needed to reschedule. When I arrived to the studio, Matt greeted me and instantly made me feel comfortable. His welcoming nature put me at ease and set the tone for a fantastic shoot. The setup at the studio was impressive but also comfortable. I loved the light box he has set up for headshots. He even has a prep room set up to the side if you need to change or check your hair and makeup. I loved the extra touches like the mini fridge with soda/water and the vanity with emergency hair spray and bobby pins. Everything was set up for me to get the best picture and experience. For the portrait sitting itself, Matt was amazing at giving directions to get the best shot while at the same time making me feel confident and capable. He made several small adjustments that made a huge difference. He was excited about his work and encouraging throughout the whole process. I quickly found myself feeling Less nervous and more engaged. My favorite thing about working with Matt was his ability to help me be myself in the photo.
