Even when I buy onigiris and save them for 2 days later they never come out looking like this. So surprised at this poor execution. Taste wasn't any better either for any of the onigiri I bought. Microwaving it helped it be better in terms of the rice not being as hard but still really hard. I would not get this again or recommend getting this. The rest of the shop seemed fine though, there were sales and samples of good assortment of goodies!

This Asian grocery is a lifesaver for neighborhood cooks who don't want to trek into Chinatown or Flushing over the weekend. Nearby Food Bazaar carries a decent selection of staples - rice noodles, mirin, rice vinegar, etc, but I come here for different varieties of soy sauce, fish sauce, Chianking vinegar, cooked udon in the refrigerator case, and other essential seasonings for an authentic home cooked meal. There is a fish counter and some produce available as well.
