My partner and I came here while waiting for a mot on our car and the air was filled with the scent of slow-cooked jerk chicken, sweet plantains, and smoky spices. We ordered chicken stew, curry goat, rice and peas, plantain and dumplings. The chicken was tender, juicy, and packed with that authentic Caribbean heat that builds without overwhelming. The rice was fluffy and flavorful, and the plantains were caramelized to golden-brown bliss. Every bite tasted homemade, like a family recipe passed down through generations.The lady was warm and welcoming, treating us like an old friend.
