Time and time again I get a message saying, "We're filling your prescription," only to get another message an hour later telling me it's out of stock and I'll be waiting days. These aren't optional medications--people depend on them. Running out because a pharmacy can't manage its inventory is completely unacceptable. And to make it worse, the customer service is awful. No greetings, no communication, no concern, no sense of urgency. Customers are treated like an inconvenience instead of people who rely on these medications for their health. If you can't keep medications in stock and can't be bothered to treat customers with basic courtesy, you shouldn't be in the business of providing healthcare.

If management doesn't do anything about it then I will just continue to shop on line. Store #897 Walgreens Sept 23rd 2:30 pm rude girl at register talking to a friend on her ear bud stuck in her ear. She says dude can you hear me or not, phone number she says to me ,I tell her my number she says punch it in, then says not you I said me? She ignored me and said will you hang on ,more worried about person on phone than me the paying customer. So I just stood there waiting ,she looked at me ,I said nothing waiting on her to come back to planet Walgreens she says reluctantly, you want a bag ,I said ,uh yes, please and she threw it in and that was that ,not thank you, screw you nothing. Sick of you brat kids, you are all in for a rude awakening life is going to kick your butts. The week prior I went through a drive through restaurant and asked a question about a sandwich and got the response "I have no absolute idea" and then silence, I repeated the question got the same answer and then ordered something that required zero effort from the menu and same person said I don't even know what value me you are talking about ,I thought I was being punked it was all over sign and so I changed my order to 1 small burger and when pulled around the person to collect money was literally licking the salt from their fingers and gave me a total. I said,"wait" what, never mind" I drove away. Never going back . Wake up people. Managers pay attention to who you are hiring! But any way they questioned the prescription and asked what it was for I told them, and they refused to fill it. Im 100% sure it was political motivated. Well after arguing back and forth I told HER, SHE was not my doctor HER job was to count the pills and put them in the bottle. Well after several phone calls to my doctor I just had them send it to CVS they filled it with no questions asked. I will never set foot in Walgreens again ive been going there for 25 + years.

It's done to me I guess because my home store which I considered this had not been ruined yet by ugliness. And then a massive eyesore of ugliness gets installed right by the front entrance when you go in the door. It made me think that we have forgotten that this type of thing eliminates jobs. I wonder how many cashiers and baggers are not needed any longer. Especially those retired people that need a few extra bucks to get them by. I've used self checkouts and other stores but this made me realize how lazy I'd become. It was like my home store was ruined. I will never use them ever. And I hope Publix get this message. As my friends know, I LOVE TARGET just as much as I love Publix…read more The Orange City location is just short of amazing, however. As you walk through the door, a Starbucks restaurant will greet you, which is convenient and who doesn't love an energy boost while their shopping? Apparently I'm not the only one who feels this way because that Starbucks is always packed but waiting in line is worth it. It could use an upgrade to include a little more space. One of the best things about this Starbucks is that you can put your order on your Target Credit Card! In the same area, there's a little snack station where pizza, pretzels, and drinks (Soda fountain) are served. The store is clean and organized but the staff is slim. It's not very busy, so I can understand the light staffing, but it's difficult to find someone if you ever need help finding a particular item. It's still better than Walmart because once you find someone, they are informative and willing to help. We all know what it's like to try to chase down a Walmart employee. The last thing I was disappointed about was that there is no deli. I was spoiled rotten when I lived in Port Orange, FL. and used that location. Their deli offered many fresh sandwiches, salads, ready-to-cook meals, and staff who would slice cheeses and meats. Don't even get me started on their bakery! This Orange City location doesn't have any of that. Sad face. On the plus side, they recently remodeled and now include a grocery section with frozen foods and pantry foods as well as a small selection of meat and produce. I still love Target but I'm hoping the company will be willing to remodel this location again to include a Deli and Bakery. Oh! and a bigger Starbucks. ;)
