We were scammed by B&B Appliance. We called them to view our fridge which had been collecting…read morecondensation over the course of several months. When they arrived, they quickly opened the fridge doors, saw the condensation, and without any further evaluation or listening to my description of how long the condensation had been an issue, told me that I hadn't been closing the fridge doors fully, and it was my fault. I have had this fridge for 12 years and have not had this problem, yet they insisted that I was wrong and just wasn't closing the doors properly. After they left, I wiped down all the condensation and left the fridge securely closed for 15 hours and guess what-- when I opened it the next morning, all the condensation was back. To add to the situation, both repairmen kept insisting I was too anxious, and one even gave me an unsolicited hug. To say I was shocked is an understatement. They were pushy for their $140 service fee, and my husband and I paid them cash but immediately regretted it. Since then we had a real repairman come by who diagnosed the problem after quite a bit of investigation. I have called them several times and left messages, but my calls have never been returned. I have requested my money back, also no response. I would avoid them completely.

Today is now Tuesday at 6:30pm and I have not heard anything from him which is very disappointing. When you're dealing with a business you expect that they're going to do what they say or at least contact you to make different arrangements. I guess I'll be moving on to a different company and hope they can fulfill what they say. Very disappointing.
