A couple of colleagues of mine also hired them for personal home cleaning services and were incredibly pleased with the results. I recently looked to hire these same people because I remembered that they did such a fantastic job. Upon reaching out, I learned that the former franchise business closed and reopened as an independent operation: Viability Floor Cleaning. Viability Floor Cleaning provides the same outstanding service I remembered; I highly recommend them for their cleaning and professionalism. I received a quote for service and booked my appointment upon connecting with them via the phone. The process was efficient and pleasant. (Viability Floor Cleaning is an arm of Viability.org, a premier non-profit human services organization.) All good stuff! I hired Viability Floor Cleaning to clean a sofa in my home, but they do so much more. Services include: * Commercial Carpet Cleaning * Upholstery Cleaning * Carpet/Fabric Cleaner * Disinfecting/Deodorizing * Strip and Wax * Scrub and Recoat * Floor Buffing * Wood Floor Cleaning * Tile and Grout Cleaning * Grout Sealing * Tile and Grout Sealing * Light Janitorial * Green/Ecofriendly Cleaning * Monthly Cleaning * Vehicle Interior Cleaning

They drilled holes at the bottom of the wall to let air in, but never told me that they wouldn't repair said holes. This is what the First Responder said, verbatim, when I asked her if they'd be fixing the holes. "We prevent microbes from growing. Holes would b (sic) by licensed contractor. They would need to fill holes in with a caulking or something. Thanks Baseboard can go over the caulking I would assume" We paid in full before the job was completed. Maybe that was our mistake.

They were awesome right out the gate asking us what we wanted and not telling us how they were going to do things. After hearing us out they suggested a 'day porter' that instead of coming in the evenings to clean our area and tying up an employee after hours to keep the building open for the cleaning crew, a dreaded task, we now have a dedicated person that cleans and maintains our space all day long and heads out with the rest of us. We could not not be happier with Jorge and Mary and OPS for taking care of us and making something that used to be a pain point to deal with and had to stay on top of to something we don't even think about any more! Highly recommend!

The owner came out that afternoon and gave me a price. When I asked, she let me know they also did carpet cleaning. I decided right then to hire her company and we set a date. Three workers arrived to start the work and Arleen, the owner, came a bit later to check on the work. They completed the duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, and added dryer vent cleaning at no extra charge. They completed the job in a timely manner. Five star review for their responsiveness, excellent job, professional attitude, careful covid precautions, and making sure everything was clean and back in place before they left. I would recommend this company without hesitation!

The shutters and the garage door were brilliant white and the roof looked like new. It was a different house. The most amazing transformation was the cleaning of our oversized deck. I had forgotten how light the IPE was when it had been installed. I had overlooked that it was slowly getting dirtier and dirtier, and darker and darker. It was as if Nick put down an entirely new deck. What was even more stunning was how every spindle was no longer tinted green with algae, and every hand rail looked like new. I even looked at the rim joists and under the top rail, and all of it had been scrubbed clean. What an amazing service he provided, we could not be happier. I only wish we had taken "before" pictures so we could be reminded to call Nick more often.
