Absolutely amazing emergency care!!…read more I thought I had broken my foot literally hours before needing to get on an international flight. I rolled into the ER at St Elizabeth at 9:30 on a Sunday morning and asked for help but told them I could absolutely not spare more than 60 minutes. You wouldn't believe how the entire ER crew sprang into action! The admissions pro I was talking to ran into the back to alert the team what was going on and then came back to quickly register me and take me back to a screening room where a nurse was waiting to take my vitals. Before the blood pressure cuff was even deflated the X-ray tech was wheeling in his equipment. He quickly took his pics and the doctor was in to walk through the details while the x-rays were being processed. Soon we had the results, my foot got wrapped, and they checked me out on the fly. FORTY-TWO MINUTES!!! I made my flight with time to spare. While I'm aware that isn't indicative of a normal wait time and I was lucky to arrive when nobody else was already waiting to register... but holy crap, this team was so amazing... every single one of them, especially the admin I first spoke to who got everyone else onboard an expedited process. The level of engagement, knowledge, and care I experienced is what all healthcare should aspire to be. Thanks so much!!

They told me I had COVID Pneumonia but, there was absolutely nothing they could do for me. They said my oxygen levels were good and I was healthy to go home drinks lots of water and come Back if I got worse. I had chest pain, could hardly breathe, had fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, weak, could barely speak. They seemed none to concerned with any of it. I didn't get better but, definitely did not go back here. I went to another hospital and was able to actually receive treatment. Stay far away from this hospital I don't know what their COVID treatment policy is but, I still can't believe I was told by supposed highly trained physician's they could do nothing for me.

Paperwork was a breeze and I only waited around 10 minutes before I was in. I was THOROUGHLY tested and treated here. I have been to a few different urgent cares before and some of them write you a script for antibiotics after seeing you for literally 2 minutes (which is SCARY). I got a full exam from a real nurse here and great advice. I was in the exam room for probably 20-30 minutes while they tested everything including my vision! I was thrilled to see this kind of personalized attention. Not to mention how incredibly friendly everyone working here was on a SUNDAY. I'm still in shock. Super nice. Highly recommend. And I got a freaking CARD from them today with a handwritten - hope you're feeling better on it. I'm in love. Hopefully won't have to be back but if you're in a pinch THIS IS YOUR PLACE!

I went in to urgent care today 1/9 after experiencing symptoms extremely common with bronchitis or…read moresome type of upper respiratory infection. I am a self pay patient so it takes alot for me to get myself to a dr. But when I went 4 days with no symptom relief and my mucus turning a bright green I figured I may need an antibiotic. I checked in as normal, I was called back pretty quickly and even though It costs me $150 just to be seen I was at ease to know I would be leaving with some relief. Nurse took my heart rate and bp, and asked about my symptoms. Dr came in and the only follow up question was "are you on birth control?" I said no. Haven't been in years. She then proceededs to do no swabs, no covid test, no bloodwork, no chest xray and tells me i need to go to the emergency room to rule out a clot! we went from zero to 100. Let's not rule out influenza or infectio. But let's make you spend potentially thousands of dollars on a ct scan for a blood clot!! All because I had a stage one elevation in blood pressure. Needless to say, I took my chances and left without going to the er. I think the 4 day embolism would have taken me by now. And left with no medicine or diagnosis!

I am extremely disappointed with The Little Clinic. It all started when I had an extremely sore…read morethroat. First off I rarely get sick so when I feel this poorly I finally suck it up to go to the doctor. I work in schools all over Ohio so multiple people encouraged me to get a strep test to just rule it out, so I went. I am not from Cincinnati originally and am on my mothers health insurance. The woman who was checking people in told me I could not use a picture of my health insurance card and that I had to use a physical copy, I explained to her I didn't have one because I was under my mom and was never given one. Would also like to note that I have used pharmacies here in Cincinnati and this has never been an issue bc they just call the number on the back of the card (which is the same picture I was using at this Little Clinic). She continues to tell me I need the physical card or I can pay the full amount. Well I feel like crap and need to make sure I don't have strep so I pay the amount. I am giving two stars bc the two nurses who examined me were extremely nice and I luckily didn't have strep. After leaving I call my insurance. They explain to me that The Little Clinic can call the number (same number in the picture I had of the card) and that could verify me on the account and that no card is needed. Luckily my insurance is refunding me but besides the point it was still a hassle. I then contact Little Clinic headquarters because I should not have this much of a procedure to just get checked out and that lady should have never treated me the way she did. Little Clinic headquarters did get back to me and apologized for the inconvenience. They offered to contact my insurance for me to process the refund but I told them I already took those steps. Grateful that they did get back to me but it did no make up for the entire experience. Unfortunately for Little Clinic I will never be returning no matter what kind of pain I'm in.

My husband and I went to St. Elizabeth this morning for a routine wellness check. We both are…read moreguilty of just going to urgent cares so it was time we "adulted" and found a primary care doctor. We set up an appointment with Gandola. The facility is nice, clean and seems super new. Since our appointment was super early 8:30 and 8:45. We got our paperwork filled out and were seen as soon as we finished. We went in separately for consultations. Mine took a bit and I didn't actually get in until around 9:30 which was unexpected. Luckily I work from home so my schedule wasn't thrown out of whack - just know as always - things at the doctor can get pushed super far back. The plus side to this? Dr. Gandola was very thorough on getting to know us both. Since the only experience I had with doctors growing up was always very cold and sterile (hence why I am terrified of going to the doctors now) I was almost put off by how nice and charming Dr. Gandola was. He was asking me HOW I WAS?! And what I do for work. What I do for fun. In my head I was like ... "What, why, am I dying? Who cares what I do for fun, why does this matter. Take my blood, let me pass out, and let's get this nightmare over with." Turns out, not all doctors are terrifying. Today he took all of my vitals, did the routine check and ordered the standard tests for a physical - and turns out I AM SUPER HEALTHY! Wahooo! Which is also scary. How. How am I so blessed and so lucky? When others get taken from us so early in life? I've always questioned the reasoning behind who and what happens health-wise and why. So far, I've been lucky. And I am excited that I finally took the plunge to find a doctor I can go back to and that I can trust. This doc has also been in the biz for 40+ years. After we saw him, we went down to reception on the first floor to register for the lab. We were taken back to the lab area, got our blood taken for the tests, and were in and out of the lab in no joke - 10 minutes. We were utterly SHOCKED! Thank god we went right away and didn't wait to come back (that was an option). And just so everyone knows, the nurse was A++ this was the first time in 29 years of living I didn't pass out/have a crying, panic attack while giving blood. My husband also has a hard time and we both did great. One try, less than a minute with the needle in and we were done! The nurse was incredible. ANOTHER HUGE PLUS -- you can register for a profile online where you can share and see info with your doctor. You can see what your results are, what you need to work on, what you have coming up, and even see the doctor's BOOK! Finally you can book appts online. Huge win. Overall, I highly reccomend Dr. Gondola. He said we could usually get same day appts and register online. Hell yes for great availability and open communication. Who knew going to the doctor could be so easy? I'm floored. Go and see him!

My siblings have been with this practice and I have 6 kids who all have been with this. Total years 50+ The doctors used to have control over their practice and over the past couple of years have lost it. The doctors gave all power over to their Office Manager who is NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. She does not communicate to the doctors properly what you have said. It's an absolute nightmare. "You just have a fussy baby" Trish Tolman said to me after I requested an appointment and was denied. Come to find out my now 2 year old son is severely allergic to dairy. I was also told by a doctor there he had eczema when it was truly hives. Confirmed by Children's. The practice claims to take care of the whole child but they fail to properly take care of children who have mental health needs. The staff and some doctors do not understand mental health and how medication affect the body or lack of medication. Or how abruptly stopping therapy affects the child. The most office staff are HORRIBLE. We are usually in the Covington location and drive from Union to have stayed with this practice. There is one who works there who is nice. The office staff DO NOT HOLD MEDICAL DEGREES. I want to speak directly to my children's doctor so the message is given to him correctly. At least get an appointment and speak about the concerns. But that's not possible. This Practice is about making money not about your child's well being. If this practice was like when Dr. James Kelly ran it, it would still be great. This practice has lost the vision of founder Dr. James Kelly. Truly sad. Dr. Kelly would have never given his practice up to money or his staff.
